Shot caller.

Those two weeks passed by fast in non-existent time. It felt like I had barely any time to rehearse my choreography for this day as it snuck up on me smooth and quickly. It was Christmas Eve already, the Barclays Center was slammed with one of the biggest audiences I've seen for this particular event. I was wondering what the word was now that had everyone and their aunts and uncles out.

It was a sight of adrenaline ready to shoot through my body if anything, however. The month and a half I had to assemble, construct, master, and then teach this performance proved me wrong in so many ways I was densely unsure how it'd turn out but I schooled myself and I was overly satisfied with my momentum.

I knew I could do it if I carried the belief in myself but I didn't know I'd surprise myself with how beautiful it did spin out.

I was happy, my girls were happy and they looked good in their stage wardrobe. Those costumes were the main attraction to the dance altogether in my opinion. I'd even picked out what I wanted them both to wear and through two quick changes. My heart was racing before it was time for us to touch the stage as it always does. If I wasn't feeling the tiniest bit of nervous before I had to go in front of a crowd to perform, then I knew something was wrong. The natural stress hormones released at that moment always prepared me more for focus.

"You okay, Honey Bee?" Ashley approached dressed fully down in her first costume for the first act. She wore a big smile and held out both her fists for me to bump with mine. "Looks like you're looking for someone."

"I'm okay, I just need to do some last minute stretching." I was practically on my toes, bouncing up and down and rolling my head around my neck. "I am looking for someone too, but I can't see with all those people out and not seated. Why are there so many people here today anyway?"

It was a holiday for one.

Ashley shrugs, "I was going to ask you that same thing. For a private event, there must be some top-notch A-listers this year and they brought their whole entourage, it seems, ready to recruit. I saw Kelly's big head ass already. She was the first person I saw."
