Act 1 Scene 8
RON and HERMIONE are sitting in Hermione's office, talking.
Hermione: I wish that Rose and Hugo would just owl already. I miss my babies.
Ron: Yeah, they didn't even exist a little while ago.
HERMIONE pauses, looking thoughtful
What is it 'Mione?
Hermione: Do you think... we should tell them?
Ron: I think that if it isn't bothering them, we shouldn't give them a reason to hunt down their cousin and kill him.
HERMIONE nods and goes back to work. An owl, Rose and Hugo's owl, flies in carrying two letters.
Hermione: Oh, it's Wingardium Leviosa!
She's holding her wand, so things go flying everywhere
I always do that.
Ron: You have to admit, it's a clever, funny name.
Hermione: I suppose it's just a side effect of having Weasley blood.
Ron wraps his arm around her
Ron: Let's read the letter
Hermione: (reading) Dear Mum and Dad,
Something is going on with Hugo. James said that he was in the common room last night and he said that he felt like nobody cared about him. :'( I've been trying to make him feel better, but he still seems sad.
School is going well. Albus and I are finally on good terms again, and Alice is developing a crush on him. I just know it.
Love you, and I hope you have a good day doing what you're doing,

HERMIONE looks at RON
Hermione: Hugo...
Ron: The best thing that we could probably do is love him, 'Mione.
HERMIONE nods and they start on a response
