I used to be the head chef of a restaurant here in UK. One the best restaurants back in the day, until one day my mind just gave up and I wanted something bigger. I started to participate in cooking competitions where the celebrity chefs were judges. My father used to take me to all of those because he knew I wasn't entirely happy with the head chef position. I was the head chef but just because I was too young for the post, most people used to ignore my opinion and I actually get why they did that but it didn't feel good. I had a contract with that restaurant but it wasn't a contract like yours, I was able to get out of it, I was allowed to leave the post whenever I wanted to, so I did.

𝙕𝙖𝙮𝙣: So, what happened then?
𝙇𝙞𝙖𝙢: Once I started growing as a chef and got recognition I had earned sufficient money to start a restaurant of my own. I started small, it wasn't here back then. It was a really small sitting area where...

𝙇𝙞𝙖𝙢: I know. That's why she's the head of this whole huge thing. I can't handle this on my own. Well, coming back to the point, when my restaurant started doing good, I made this palace, this huge thing and then I wanted to expand.

𝙇𝙞𝙖𝙢: When people think about expanding their food chains, they think Paris, LA, New York. I, for some reason, wanted Austria.

𝙕𝙖𝙮𝙣: Not a bad choice.

𝙇𝙞𝙖𝙢: Definitely not, but the growth of Aromalicious in UK was affecting the business of the restaurant I previously worked for and they weren't entirely happy with it so they messed up the land contract in Austria, through some inside sources. I won't bore you with the details. I had this habit of showing every document to my father before I signed it.
𝙕𝙖𝙮𝙣: First, you are already giving the details and they are not boring. Second, well I like that habit.
𝙇𝙞𝙖𝙢: Yeah, so my father identified that something's wrong but he didn't know what. That day I was a bit worried so Kia asked me if she could help and I told her that I need a good lawyer. Didn't explain why but she said that her brother's a lawyer and I should talk to him.

𝙕𝙖𝙮𝙣: So that's how you met Jimmy.
𝙇𝙞𝙖𝙢: Yeah. Well they kept messing up with the judge in the court when we filed a case, tried to obtain the property that I already bought but I had Jimmy. That time was hard for me. Only Louis and Jimmy really know what happened, we had to travel every week to Austria for the court sessions.
𝙕𝙖𝙮𝙣: Well now, I know as well.
𝙇𝙞𝙖𝙢: Yeah, but don't talk about this in front of Louis.
