They were now sitting on the couch, together.
Shehnaz was lying on Siddharth's arms. She was too tired , almost asleep, after everything that had happened. But she was glad that siddharth was with her , he'll always be with her. She smiled thinking of the conversations they had. Her cheeks went red.
"Well well , look how the tables have turned. I won't say it back. You made me wait for so long, so long".
She was still complaining for the hurt he made her go through.
" If you had told me this earlier, atleast that interview wouldn't have been so hard for me"
"I'm sorry darling,but as much as I wanted it all, I needed to be sure. Because this decision that I've taken, I know once I take it there is no turning back. I hope you will forgive me"
"So all this time, you loved me?"
"EVEN when I said I didn't"
"Ahahaha siddhaarth i hate you" she hugged him tightly.
"Bol, I love you "
He's been asking her to say it back for a while now.
"Nooo"
"I love you bol shehnaz"
"You say it first" She grinned.
"I love you" He was quick.
"OK "
She was teasing him now.
They both giggled.
"Aha!You're taking your revenge aren't you?" Siddharth acted like he gave up.
A few more giggles, and she finally said,
"I love you "
"I love you TOOO saale" ,he imitated shehnaz.
"I love you tooo "

They hugged. They kissed.They laughed their hearts out.
All these years of pain,running away from feelings, and months of staying away from each other but they forgot it all the minute they were together.
When the clock struck 11, she woke up, rubbed her eyes and slowly looked up at siddharth. He was still awake, eyes wide open, his fingers, moving fast.
He's thinking,worrying. She knew.
"What are you thinking siddharth?"
"I wonder what the future holds for us shehnaz"
"The future? Our future?"
"Yes"
"Well as long as it's going to be ours, i think it will be just fine"
