Chapter 3

My mom was going back to Miami today at 1 to go back to help my dad. She's driving my sister to Soccer practice and leaving afterwards. Last night was crazy. I have to call Jas and Millen. I barely remember what happened with Millen.

I walked downstairs to get breakfast.

" Don't Padma me, John these are your kids too." My mom said into the phone

It was silent .

"Yeah, We're leaving the house right now. I'll be there by at least 6 or 8 Ok. Come On Leli !" She shouted up the stairs

"Coming mom." Lina ran down the stairs

"Bye honey, I'll see you Tuesday ok ? There's Zepelee's ( Italian pastries that are soooo good 😩) in the fridge for you and your sister." She said putting on her heels and leaving with Lina.

"House to myself ? And Zepelee's?Could my day get any better ?" I said to myself

The doorbell rang.

I opened the door

"Hey." Millen said leaning on the door frame

I looked past him to see that my moms car wasn't there anymore.

"Hey." I smiled and let him in.

"Wassup?"

" Nothing really, my mom just left."

We walked up the stairs into my room.

I layed on my bed.

"You just gonna stand in that corner?" I said gesturing for him to sit down.

He sat next to me and looked me up and down.

All I had on was a pair of black basketball shorts and a pink sports bra.

No big deal.

"Millen my face is up here." I said pointing to my face.

" Where is your mother when you dress like this?" he said laughing.

"Out of town , and for the record she saw me before she left."

" It was a rhetorical question."

"Well I answered it anyway."

"But I didn't ask you to."

" We gonna sit here and argue about a rhetorical question or you have a purpose for being here?"

"Damn, I just came to see wassup and plus you owe me."

" Well, you see wassup." *I pointed to the the ceiling " Now, what are you talkin bout I owe you."

"Well I do believe we were interrupted last night."

"Interrupted from doing what? I'm gonna need someone to refresh my memory." I said sitting on his lap.

"Well I guess I'm the refresher." he smiled and leaned in.

I leaned back on my bed not breaking the kiss .

He tugged on my bottom lip about to shove his tongue in my mouth , so I let him.

* Pause ! Look, I'm not good at writing these scenes that have to do with kissing and stuff. Cause its just as awkward for me to write as it is for me to read , so Don't judge me ok ?*
