I haven't had a decent conversation with Juel in two weeks , since I don't feel comfortable to be lied to . I'm pretty sure he knows Nicole's pregnant. I don't really care , I have to focus on school anyways. 

I have to do two projects for school and all I'm thinking about is Kemani. Weird , huh ? Two weeks ago we were rolling up , and I slept over his house. I woke up and he was right beside me. He remembered what happened , but I don't . He won't tell me what it was either. He just says , "Let's not talk about this anymore." and storms off . I figure , it's best if I just forget about it. He's supposed to be helping me with these projects , but he's been really stubborn. 

"Does this go here ?" I asked clueless 

"No , it goes to there." He moved my hand .

I rolled my eyes , "You act like I'm supposed to know that." 

"You are . This isn't my project. This is yours. I don't have to help you." He shot back 

"What is your problem ?" I snapped 

"As of right now ? You." He said closing his textbook 

"Your not going anywhere." I said taking his textbook from him 

"Yo , give me back my book. I'm not playing." He reached for it. 

"Not until you tell me what I did to make you mad at me." 

He shook his head , laughing slightly "You really don't remember do you ?" 

"Obviously not." I shrugged

He ran his hand over his face , before talking. 

Kemani 

I'm not the emotional type. Like , I'm just not that nigga. But it hurt like hell , knowing she doesn't remember a thing that happened that night. That night , was the night things actually felt real for me. I may not have slept with her , but being around her made me realize we're really getting older and getting to our boiling point. 

I wrapped up the story , "And we kissed . . ." 

She gasped , and covered her mouth. "How could I not remember that.Oh my god , Ke . I'm so sorry." 

That's what they all say . 

"Now I know not to let you smoke and drink alcohol at the same time." I chuckled.

She pouted and climbed on my lap , "I'm sober now." she said pressing her nose up against mine . 

"Oh." I said wrapping my arms around her . 

"Yeah, oh." She mocked me. 

I looked down at her lips and got this feeling to just kiss her. I guess she got the same feeling cause soon our lips were smashing against each others and we were kissing slowly. 

4 Months Later : 

Alicia 

School's been out for a month. Juel's with Nicole , not that I care. Been there , almost did that. Millen ? Well , he's with Jasmine. I've seen the bruises and scars , well the last time I seen her. I just kept my mouth shut. My sister ? She's spending her summer with her boyfriend. Don't know where and I don't care. I need to start focusing more on me and not about everyone else. I passed my classes , just barely though. If Ke didn't help me get an extension , since he distracted me in the middle of it. Speaking of Me and Ke . . . I bet you'd love to know what happened.
