"Speaking of turnt , what're we getting into tonight ?" Alane asked

"Trouble." I smirked

"Okay , now let me set some ground rules." My mom said

Everyone huffed

"Huff and puff all you want you came blame Alicia for this. Nobody's getting drunk because nobody's legally allowed to. Nobody's getting high because anyhow you decide to come home smelling like weed , it'll be the last time you step in here."

"Is that it ?" I rolled my eyes

"No sex . I don't wanna hear any moaning , groaning , banging or slamming ."

"Someone already broke that rule." Codeine mumbled looking at me

"You been having sex in my house ?" My mom said looking between me and Kemani

"No , I'm a virgin." I said , "Scout's honor."

The room erupted with a bunch of coughs .

My mom raised her eyebrows , "Come with me." She walked into the kitchen

"See what you do." I said turning to Kemani , hitting him with a pillow

I got up and went into the kitchen with my mom.

"Alicia , do we need to have the birds and the bees talk?"

"No, I've had that talk in school already ."

She sighed , "I may need to put you on the pill ."

I rolled my eyes , "I'm not gonna get pregnant ."

"I'm not saying you are , but just to take precautions ."

"Whatever."

"You been having sex with Kemani ?"

"Can I go now ?"

"Not until you answer my question ."

"It's nobody's business who I'm having sex with besides mine and that person. Can I enjoy my birthday now?" I asked annoyed

She started mumbling in Hindi . "Go ahead , there's a surprise waiting for you ."

I walked back in the living room to find it empty .

"Where'd they go ?"

"Maybe to the club , you should go meet them there ." She smiled at me

I looked at her suspiciously , "Okaaaay."

I walked outside to my car getting in , before realizing I left my key. I opened my clutch , looking for it

"Looking for these ?" A familiar voice said

I turned around slowly and screamed.

"Well damn , you trying to give me a hearing aid ?" Lina smiled

"What're you even doing here ?"

"It's my birthday too , why not have a double thrill ." She shrugged climbing into the front seat , handing me the keys

"Bye girls ." Mom smiled , waving from the door

I started up the car and we drove to the club .

Lelina

I've been gone for too long. I missed a lot to be honest, but driving to the club I got up to date .

"How're we supposed to get in ? We're 17 ." I said as we walked up to the line

"Already taken care of follow me." Alicia walked to the front of the line with me behind her .

There were a lot of girls in line who scowled at us , oh well it's my birthday . I'm not in the mood to go off tonight .

"Thanks ." Alicia said to who I'm guessing is supposed to be a bouncer .

"Anytime ." He said eyeing us

I ignored his stare and we walked into the club where it was dark .

"What the hell , where's the lights ?" I said trying to reach for Alicia

"I know you guys are here stop pl-" she was interrupted when the lights came on

"Surprise !" Everyone yelled making me jump

Everyone from school was here .

"Happy Birthday baby , again." Kemani walked over to Alicia , kissing her .

I looked at them , "Uh hello ?" I said pulling them apart . "Am I missing something here ?"

"Oh happy birthday Lina, when did you get back ?" He turned to me

"Couple hours ago . Explain to me what this is ." I said looking between them

"We're together now ." Alicia smiled up at him

"Mhm." He kissed her again


I scoffed , "Ugh ok gash , I'll be on my way . Nasties ."

I was greeted with multiple hellos from people I knew and a group of people I didn't , before I found my friends .

"Lina ! Finally ." Jesse pulled me , "How was the retreat ?"

"It was good , nothing special ." I shrugged

"Were there any cute boys ?" Crystal asked

Before I could answer someone else did ,

"I sure hope not cause then I'd have to interrogate my girlfriend." Riley said making me turn around

I squealed , "Oh my gash I missed you so much ." I jumped on him , not caring I had a dress on

"I know you did ." He said holding me so I wouldn't fall

"We'll give you guys some alone time , come on Jess." Crystal said

"What ? I wanna stay ." She whined as Crystal pulled her away

I climbed off of him to sit on the couch .

"So what's in been like without me ?"

"Ya know great , hot sweaty boys surrounding me ." I smirked

He glared at me .

I laughed , "I'm kidding ."

"I bet you are . Now can I have my kiss ?"

"What kiss ?" I said pretending not to know what he was talking about

"I haven't seen my girlfriend in a month so I need a kiss."

"Is that so ? Maybe I don't wanna give you a kiss ."

"You gon give me my kiss." He said pulling me into him roughly

I laughed , "Maybe one kiss can't hurt." I said leaning up to kiss him .

He deepened the kiss , rubbing on my thigh .

"Oh shit !" I heard some guy yell , making me pull back .

I seen everybody running .

"What's going on ?" I asked Riley

He shrugged

Next thing I know I hear shots fire .

I got up , trying to find Alicia . I finally spotted Codeine , who was just standing around while everyone else was running.

"Code what's wrong ?" I asked her

I didn't get no response , she started crying silently. I looked in the direction and what I saw made me wanna join her crying , but somehow no tears could come out.

This update was long overdue , expect an update next week . Doing weekly updates on a regular for now on , hope y'all missed me cause I got my mojo back 😌💭
