Sarah:

We found ourselves in a situation where I don't really know what to say.

"Oh okay... I'll go back outside and pretend that I didn't see anything. Lips are locked." He said before turning around to leave.

Jimmy and I looked at each other, I pet out a sigh and nodded.

"Higgins, wait." Jimmy said as he stood up from his chair. Higgins stopped in his tracks and turned back around.

"Take a seat, man." Jimmy ran a hand through his hair as Steve walked back slowly with a goofy grin on his face. I chuckled, "Well, how do I do this?" I asked as I clasped my hands together. Jimmy just stood there, his hands in his pockets.

After explaining everything, Steve just looked at us.

"Wait. So, your real name is Sarah, and well Denise is too, but you work for the FBI and you're here cause someone wants to get rid of Jim...?"

I nodded, "Yea, that's about it."

"But I have a question... are you two together?"

I looked back at Jimmy who bit his lip and shook his head, "No."

"Let's just say its complicated."

"Aw, that sucks. You guys make a cute one, just pointing that out."

Jimmy nodded, "Really?"

Steve nodded and stood up, "Well, I have to go. Don't worry, everything is safe with me." He told me sincerely. I nodded, "Thank you, Steve."

As we watched him walk out the door, I fell down onto the couch.

"Im sorry." Jimmy said as he stared at his feet.

I shook my head, "Its okay. Its not your fault... I pulled the gun out."

"I just feel like its mine and I blew your cover." He shrugged before taking a seat beside me.

"Well, its not, okay?" I assured and placed a hand on his and gave it a reassuring squeeze. He nodded and smiled.

"And besides, Im pretty sure that Steve can be trusted."

He nodded, "A hundred percent."

We sat there for a few more moments before going back to what we were doing.

Jimmy:

As she sat on the couch, typing on her laptop, I sat on my desk, finishing stuff for the show.

I couldn't help but give her glances. There was something about her... There was something about her that was different from the girls I've dated.

She was just... Wow.

I let out a sigh and went back to whatever I was doing.

"You okay?" She asked. I looked up at her and nodded, "Yea." I answered with a soft smile.

"You sure?"

"Positive."

She nodded and set her laptop to the side before rubbing her eyes. We began talking. Telling stories from our childhood and the bullshit we experienced.

Then there was a knock on the door, It was Gavin.

"Jimmy, you good?"

"Yup."

He nodded and looked at Sarah, "Hey Denise." He smiled.

"Hey Gavin." She replied with a smile and a small wave.

I stood up from my desk and grabbed a few things before following Gavin out with Sarah towing after us.

Its showtime. I can hear Higgins announcing and I was behind the curtain, getting ready.

"Knock em' dead, tiger." She laughed. I looked at her and winked, "oh hoh, I will."
She stepped back and Roger instantly walked up to her.

I stared at the two of them, I know I have no right, but damn, I get jealous. I don't like his vibe when he's around her. I mean I don't know, i just don't like it. I clenched my jaw and waited for Higgins to say my name.

The curtains opened and I ran out to be greeted by a hot crowd. I smiled at them and gave them little bows before starting my monologue. But one thing was on my mind, Sarah.

As the show went on, I saw her take a seat at the back of the audience with Trevor. They were talking, I could tell it was quite serious. And it scared me.

What is happening?
