Opening her eyes the following morning she found herself in what had become her favorite place to wake up to. Her head was still laying on Cal's chest, their legs intertwined, his arms around her body. She felt him breathe slowly, a clear sign he was still sleeping so she took time to have a look at him, his messy hair, his lips slightly opened, he looked so peaceful. She had to prevent herself from tracing his features with her fingers, she didn't want to wake him up. She decided to cuddle back on his chest, breathing in his scent, closing her eyes as she fell back asleep. She didn't know for how long she was out, what she knew was that she had been woken up by his fingers softly touching her face, tracing her nose and her cheekbones. He couldn't resist it, she looked so adorable. He tried to be as gentle as he could not to wake her up but she must had felt his touch anyway.

"Good morning beautiful" he would have liked to call her in a thousands ways, honey, darling, my dear... but they all seemed too strong for a relationship they didn't even know how to name yet.

She let out a cute yet disappointed sound for being woken up, cuddling back against his chest, letting her face rest in the crook of his neck. She left some soft kisses on his skin, his warm hands caressing her bare hip. They spent a good hour cuddling, no one of them really wanting to get up and have breakfast. It was when they decided to eat something that she felt like it was a good moment, they had postponed the conversation for too long. She really don't want to break the mood but it was her only choice, she needed to know.

"Can we talk?" she was the one who spoke first, catching his attention.

"Sure" he answered, leading her toward the couch, letting her sit down before him.

"As you know August is almost over, I need to go back to my town in less than a week and I guess it would be the same for you" she started, looking at him.

"It will, I guess we're gonna discuss what will happen next right?" he asked.

"Yes, that's exactly what I wanted to ask you. We've been talking a lot during this month but our private lives were never a topic, or at least not that specifically. I don't know where you live, if you have a brother or a sister, what's your work" she didn't really know anything private about him.

"I don't live far away from here" he started.

"Me neither, if we don't really live far from each other do you think we can continue this?" she asked in advance, she needed an answer before even knowing where he was from.

"I would like to" he admitted.

"I'm from Boston" she finally said and his eyes widened.

"I'm from Boston too" he answered shocked, what were the possibilities that they would have been both form the same city?

"Are you kidding me? You don't have a Boston accent at all!" she had to stop her legs to prevent herself from getting up from the couch.

"I wasn't born there, I moved last month when I knew got hired" he explained.

"That makes everything so much easier! I mean if you'd like to" she asked again, trying to control her happiness.

Looking back she could have asked him sooner, she would have stopped overthinking about it, she felt so stupid. On the other hand if the answer would have changed and she might had discovered that he lived far away it would have broken her inside; knowing that everything they might have had in that time would have definitely come to an end.

"I know we've been knowing each other for a short amount of time, less than a month actually. We became friends pretty easily and we embarked in this..." he didn't know how to name it.
