As she opened her eyes the following day she couldn't let a big smile appear on her lips. Her mind brought her back to the the previous night, she hadn't been dreaming, was she? Cal kissed her, or she kissed him, they kissed. She got herself into a sitting position, running a hand through her hair and checking her phone. She found a message from Cal, saying he was preparing something for their picnic that he hoped she would have liked them. She answered him, saying that she would have adored everything that he would have done. It was a bit cheesy but she didn't hesitate a bit to send it. She decided to go buy some slices of cake, she would have liked to be able to cook something too, but she didn't really have anything in her fridge since she had been out with Cal for the past week and she didn't have enough time to go to the grocery store and then bake a cake.

She knew that the coffee shop near she apartment sell some really good cakes so she decided to go buy something there. She didn't really knew what he liked but she decided to buy a slice of chocolate cake and one of a strawberry cheesecake that looked delicious. She actually hoped he would have chosen the chocolate one because she really wanted to try the fruity one.

She just had time to go home, take a shower and put on some nice clothes before he called her, saying he had arrived. She decided to wear something a bit prettier, a pair of high waist denim shorts with a pretty long sleeved white blouse. It looked like one of those medieval ones, with wide sleeves, not really her style but she wanted to try out new styles. She put on her sunglasses and a pair of sneakers. The weather wasn't really good that day and that time she definitely remembered to put a denim jacket into her backpack. As they weren't going to the beach she decided to apply some light make up, nothing too fancy, she wasn't the type, but just some mascara and something that could cover the darker circles under her eyes. Since she came back even though she succeeded in sleeping a be more during the night, she still looked a bit tired for the dark spots under her eyes. She put some watermelon chapstick on her lips, it was the first one she found at the groceries store after forgetting to bring her normal one.

She got down the stairs, heading outside and finding him standing in front of his bike. He was wearing a simple pair of long denim jeans, a black short sleeved shirt and a pair of black sneakers. He looked so good. She had always found him attractive, since the first time they met, but now it was like he was even hotter.

"Hey" he greeted her.

"Hey" she smiled, getting near and putting her sunglasses on her head.

She looked at him, not really sure of what to do. She opened her mouth to say something but she lost herself in looking into his eyes; she saw him raise an eyebrow at her confused. She so wanted to kiss him, but they hadn't talked since the previous night and she didn't know if they had reached that kind of confidence yet, even though the previous night she didn't even hesitate in kissing him again before they parted.

He let out a chuckle, suddenly understanding her fear and he got closer, cupping her cheek and pulling her in for a kiss. She let out a surprised moan as their lips touched, feeling his hands touch her face and having his taste invade her mouth. His arm wrapped around her waist and she felt a shiver run down her spine; she felt like a fifteen year old again, making out with someone in the middle of the street, not really caring about anything else. Her heart was beating fast and she cupped his face with both her hands, running her fingers through his beard, kissing him deeper. She had to stop in order to catch a breath and her forehead touched his, both panting on each other's lips.

"You look gorgeous" he said out of breath, his brain not really thinking before acting.

She felt the blush raise to her cheeks and he opened his eyes to look at her. She was really gorgeous, with that white blouse and her sunglasses, her hair flowing down her shoulders.
