Soleil's Point of View
"Ahhh. Shet!" I hissed, because I haven't been sleeping for weeks now, I'm stressing out because it's February and one week from now i'll have my graduation in my Doctoral degree, also, after that week we have a school event.
"Calm down, Soleil," I told myself while I'm lying in my couch.
My phone suddenly rang...
"Hi babe, how are you?"
"Kakakita lang natin Dawn, pwede ba?"
"Ang init naman ng ulo mo, I just want to invite you, inom tayo para mabawasan naman stress mo."
"I can't, I have plans."
"With whom?"
"With no one."
"Kasama ko si Ian, we'll pick you up in 10."
The call ended and I have no choice but to be with them tonight. Iba sana yung gusto ko makasama pero she's busy din kasi.

"Gorgeous," Dawn told me.
"Leche!" I told her and we giggled.
"Hop in, Lei. Para makauwi rin kayo ng maaga," Ian.
"We haven't reach the destination yet, ano ba! The night is still young," I told him.
"Whatever you say, woman." He told me.

We reached our destination, well, it's Ian's bar where Rain worked for a year and a couple of months.
"I'll go get drinks, yung tulad pa rin ba ng dati?" Ian asked and led us to the balcony of the bar.
Dawn and I nodded.
We both seated and feel at home.
"How's life?" Dawn asked me and I rolled my eyes to her.
"We are seeing each other everyday, why are you asking me that question?"
"Alam mo lately napapansin ko, sobrang nagiging close na kayo ni Ms. Velasquez."
"What's wrong with that?" I raised an eyebrow.
"Wala, parang bago kasi yan sayo eh, hindi ka naman nakikipag-close sa ibang tao lalo na pag student."
"I think, I've changed. Also, she's my student assistant please naman."
"I don't know if that's good or bad, but, I'm proud of you dahil hindi ka na masungit."
"These are your drinks ladies."
"Thank you, Ian," Dawn told him.
"What's up? Tagal na natin hindi nag ganito," Ian sipped his drink.
"Si Soleil lang naman laging busy diyan," Dawn.
"Busy sa school or sa isang tao?" Ian looked at me smiling.
"What are you talking about?" I death glared him and I knew he gets my message.
"Ilang taon ka na bang single, Soleil?" Dawn asked.
"5 years?" I told her and take my tequila.
"Nakayanan mo yun ng ganon katagal? Sabagay dalawa lang naman naging ex mo," Dawn teased me.
"Oh please, don't ever bring that back, I cringe everytime I remember that," I said.
"Naki-cringe daw sayo si Soleil, Ian oh," Dawn teased us which makes me awkward.
