18: Trouble In Amusing Paradise

After Kazuichi and Gundam had put Mura onto her bed, they said good night to eachother and went to their dorms, but before they could, they were stopped by monokuma,

"Hey you rotten kids! Get over to the beach now! There's a big surprise waiting for you!! And get your friends there now!" Monokuma yelled at Kazuichi and Gundam

They agreed, tiredly of course. And rounded up all of there friends from their dorms, and soon they were all at the beach. (Though they couldn't bring Mura because of her condition.)

"So what's this surprise-" Akane said, though she was interrupted by the very surprise she was looking for.

"AAAAAAH! GIANT ROBOT!" Hiyoko yelled in justified fear, as a robot wearing nekomaru's jacket and pants walked up to them

"HAHA! YOU ARE A STRANGE LOT HUH. WHY ARE YOU SO SCARED? OR PERHAPS MY ROBOTIC FORM HAS LEFT YOU ALL SPEECHLESS? WELL I CAN'T DENY THE QUALITY OF IT." Nekomaru- or well I guess Mechamaru said, his usual volume included

"Literally what." Hajime said, actually confused

"Hey man don't go scaring us with that robot costume! Take it off!" Kazuichi yelled as he climbed onto Mechamaru's back and tried to take off his head

"OW OW OW! STOP THAT! ITS ME GUYS! WHEN MONOKUMA HEALED ME, HE HAD TO PUT MY BRAIN IN A ROBOT SO I COULD LIVE! I GUESS I'M THE ULTIMATE ROBOT NOW!" He said with joy, which everyone Recepricated, though someone was particularly quiet

"There's... So many references I could make... But I can't think of one right now." Chiaki said solemnly as Akane ran right past her

"N-nekomaru... I'm so glad you are back!!" Akane said, tears in her eyes as she gave her friend a hug

"AH CMON AKANE! YOU KNOW I WON'T GO DOWN THAT EASILY!" Mechamaru said as he hugged akane back,

Everyone had basically come to terms with Nekomaru's new metal form, and being as tired as they were, Went back to their dorms and off to sleep without questioning it much. They were tired after the trial after all.

Mura awoke, it had been a day or two after peko's execution, And she was hoping to visit fuyuhiko and Nekomaru in the hospital. But to do that she had to get ready for the day.

And as such she did. She did her daily routine and made her way to the diner, unaware of what would be told to her.

Last she remembered she had apologized for storming out of the 2nd trial, and they had begun exploring the 3rd island. So as such she went to the restaurant as usual, though she was in for a surprise.

She was the first there, as she had slept for a long time (though she didn't know that) and awoke early.

She sat with her breakfast, awaiting for everyone else to arrive though the first person to arrive was... What?

"HAHA! HEY MURA! HOW'VE YOU BEEN?" mechamaru said, as boisterous as usual, he was accompanied by Akane

"Heya mura! How are you doing- are you okay?" Akane said, confused at Mura's shocked face

"I-is... Is nekomaru... A robot now?" Mura asked, dumbfounded.

"Yeah! Oh right! While you were asleep nekomaru came back as a robot! Cool right?" Akane said happily

"A-as long as he's doing well I can't exactly complain. I'm glad he's back." Mura said with a smile

A comfortable silence had taken the room, No one would really come soon considering Akane and Nekomaru were only here because they were catching up on training earlier.
