You plugged your earphones into your phone and started flicking through your playlist as you were walking down the street. You weren't paying attention to anything else, when you bumped into someone.
" Oh gosh, I'm sorry. Are you ok miss?" He asked. You rubbed your head as he helped you up, and that was when you both realised.
"Another martian" you both whispered in amazement as you stared at each other. You both realised you were looking like dorks staring at each other like that and both snapped out of it.
"A fellow martian? What are you doing here on Earth?" The male martian asked you.
"Well I came here to study, what are YOU doing on Earth?"
"Funny story. I actually came here to conquer earth"
"Conquer earth? Why would you want to do that?" You gasped.
"Because Earthlings are so cruel. I tried to make peace with them, but all they ever did was poke fun and try to intimidate me" he frowned, though you couldn't see that.
"I know some of them are jerks, but so can a lot of martians. a lot of them can be really nice!"
"Hmm, maybe so, but earth just doesn't have anything on Mars."
" I do miss mars, but earth has so many great things! Nice people, great colleges, cool songs"
"Really?"
" Yeah! Want to get coffee or something and talk about it? "
"I don't see why not" he shrugged. You slipped your hand in his and smiled. You could see his face getting red. He was pretty cute when he blushed. He held your hand and you both went to a cute little cafe you knew on that block.
