You saw it. After running away for so long you finally spotted where you were headed next. There was a terrible civil war going on in your home planet and you just wanted to get away and start anew. You weren't giving much time to think, but you then remembered a certain planet: Earth. You had remembered the planet with it's lush green trees and clear blue waters and ran off to settle down somewhere on Earth.

You remembered you had made friends with an earthling on your previous visit. His name was Bugs. He was a smart young rabbit that you had become close friends with and you thought that even if you couldn't find anywhere to stay, he'd help you out.

You were getting tired of driving, or rather flying down, but you soon felt your energy returning as you saw your new surroundings. You stepped out of your spaceship and searched for Bugs. You soon grew tired from the hot heat of the desert, but persevered. You soon came to his house and knocked on the door.

It took a while but he answered. "Hello?" He stopped and looked up and saw you. "(y/n)! What brings you here!" He smiled widely as you gave him a hug.

 "Well, Bugs, you see, there's a war going on in my home planet, and I was wondering if I could stay here until the heat dies down. Not with you, just on Earth"

 "Why? What's wrong with staying with me?"

 " Oh no, I don't mean like that! " you panicked at the thought he might be offended now at what you didn't realise you were saying.

 He smiled. "It's fine" he said with a chuckle. "Come on in." He took you inside and the place was exact as you remembered it. The sofa, the chairs, the tv, nothing had changed.

 "Wow, nothings changed" you remarked.

 "So you're just gonna ignore this lamp?"

 " Oops, never noticed that " you laughed and say down and he made you something to eat.

Later that afternoon, you both went out for a walk to catch up and so you could explain all the details for what was going on back home. You had both walked and talked for over a mile and the heat was starting to get to you both.

 "Phew" you sighed and took off your coat that you had put on this morning.

 "It's hot, isn't it? "

 "Yeah"

 "Good thing we're not far from home. This is the sorta day you could take heat stroke!" Bugs had no sooner said this, when you both almost trampled on a body.

 "Aaagh!" You shrieked when you noticed it. It was a coyote lying there, dehydrated.

 "Wile E!" Cried Bugs in astonishment. "What's he doing here?"

" You know him? " you asked.

"He's my neighbour" he rolled his eyes when he said this.

 " What's wrong with him? "

 "Looks like heat stroke"

"What was he doing out all day on a day like this?"  You were now fascinated by this creature.

"He's got his heart set on catching our other neighbour, road runner"

" Well never mind that now, we've got to get him to a hospital! " 

 "Uggh, well, he's my annoying know it all neighbour, but I can't leave him out here like this. I'm gonna call an ambulance"

 An idea came to mind. "I'll try and keep him alive with my powers."

Bugs soon remembered about your healing and water bending abilities. "Ok then, you stay there and I'll run home and get my phone"

After a half hour had passed, Wile E was now in hospital and you and Bugs were sitting there by his side. He finally opened his eyes. His weary eyes searched the room for a moment before resting on you two.

"W-what happened?" He asked, rubbing his head.

"You passed out in the heat. (Y/n) and myself took you to hospital" Bugs answered with a lazy smile.

"What? But why would you do that? " he cried in amazement.

"It was (y/n)s idea. This girl has healing powers and she used them on you to try and keep you alive"

He just lay there in shock and bewilderment. "Thank you" he eventually said with a smile as he looked at you.

You felt a warm sensation come over you as you saw how grateful he was. "It was nothing, honestly. I just did what I could"

" Well I owe you, (y/n) "

You blushed and smiled and you there just sat there talking until visiting hours had finished.

"That was a kind thing you did for him, (y/n)" said Bugs as you were both leaving for home.

You said nothing, only blushing at this.

"You know, I think he liked you"

" What, really? "

"Mmhhm"

You smiled to yourself at the thought and hoped to get to know him once he was recovered.
