"Hi Dib!" was the reaction from Zim, smiling like a kid that is happy to see their friend.

As for me, I was close to slap the child before me, "What I am doing here? That depends, do you mean the babysitter you had or the 'retarded and unsuitable woman'? "

"oh.... you heard that?"

"Yes, and I am not happy with the situation Dib"

For the kid was something else more important, taking my hand lightly, "Look Y/N I am sorry I said such things about you, but we must stop this alien from taking over the world." Following his gesture to look behind me made it clear, he meant Zim. He stood there with a stick in his mouth and a cup in his hand, "Dib, Zim is not an alien. He is just a spoiled little brat."

"How can he if he has no parents that spoil him?"

"Look around Dib, his parent must have been loaded with money. Besides his behaviour is absolutely rotten."

That is when Zim demonstrate it, "Human! Fetch me something to drink!"

"See Dib...rotten"

"So, you are coming back home? It is almost lunch time" Dib was shocked when I told him that I am still their babysitter but no longer stay at their place. The news that I will be living in Zim's house from now on didn't make it any better.

"You're kidding me?! Y/N, you are in danger with this thing around!"

Pointing behind me once more, I thought he meant the one on the couch, "Yeah, that is sure a handful of a robot"

"What? NO! That one!!!" moving it slightly to the right. Once more to Zim.

I sighted, "Dib, just relax for once, that brat isn't any different than any other human child." Looking back, Zim moved the stick around his mouth, making a squeaky sound, "Well as normal as he can be. But for the day, you can order Pizza. Zim and I got a lot to talk about." Once I closed the door, I didn't see Zim press a button on his arm, causing the gnomes to attack Dib. Hearing him scream outside, I sighted, "What a drama queen."

"So, you will be my parent thingy, which means you have to make me food. Chop, chop, into the kitchen with you!" His insulting behaviour was too much, gaining a slap across the face. He looked shocked, as I presented my palm, "Next time, it will be a fist. So, stop ordering me around!"

The green kid backed off, looking annoyed.

I didn't feel bad about it, crossing my arms over my chest, "Okay, I make food and you do homework."

"Why should I do this stinking human work?"

"No homework, no food and you go straight to bed, your choice."

And you can guess what he chose. Yep, he sat at the kitchen table and did his part of the deal, while I did mine. Gir helped me during cooking, enjoying being a great help. Zim however, was already frustrated by the paperwork, "AHHHHHHHHH this is ridiculous!"

"What is it now Zim?"

"This work...what is this?" Looking over the green headed kid, I noticed his problem, "It's a presentation about someone you care for."

"Zim doesn't care for anyone!"

"No wonder you have problems. You got plenty of other things to do, take the easiest one...at least finish one of them."

Even half an hour of cooking, he was still fighting with the homework. I stood there with his plate, but Zim looked into he other direction, completely devastated, "I don't get this dirty human stuff!" See him whine was odd, peeking once more. Biology, what organs does a human have and what are they for?" Shouldn't this be easy for any human? At least to say a few ones. His page remained blank.

"Ok, we clearly have to expand your knowledge a little"

"I am the great ZIM!!!!!!!!!!!! I need no human knowing stuff"

Another slap reached his head, "Owww I didn't insult you!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"But you keep on shouting...I am right here, an inch apart from your head!"

Giving him the food anyway, I announced some extra learning time, starting tomorrow. Zim inspected the things on the plate, close to vomit at the smell. My eyebrow twitched, "You got a problem with my cooking boy?"

"No, no, don't be silly" was his reply, not feeling well by my glare.

Fearing of the reaction he pretends to eat, the minute I left the kitchen, it was all under the table. Gir didn't hesitate to clean the ground like a hover. Unlike Zim, he loves my food. Till bedtime, he was allowed to do this own thing, seeing this kid go down to his basement. Exhausted by the day, I watched something on the television with Gir. Cuddling together into a blanket and sharing some Cheetos with dip. I didn't expect it to happen, but Zim came back up at eleven, ready to get to bed. He didn't like the idea, considering he doesn't need it as much as humans. To see me asleep on the couch was not what he expected but may be able to use it to his advantage.

"Excellent, she is out cold. Now we can dispose of her" chuckling evil, his hand reached out to me, only for mine to grab his. Turning around, I pulled the alien onto the couch and into my arms.

"So squishy" I mumbled, cuddling up to Zim.

He didn't like it at all, yelling for me to stop...until I made an unusual move. I stroked his head. Accidentally, I removed his wig, touching his antenna. Zim couldn't help himself but like the feeling, closing his eyes at the feeling. It reminded him of the day he was born, were the robot arm had first stroked his head. Gir didn't mind the light snoring from us both, flipping through the channels all night.
