Alyssa

1. The birth

"Ahhhh" screamed the women in pain desperately trying to push the baby out. Her husband was holding her hands rubbing them to calm her down hoping he could take the pain away but she was having none of it.

"This is your fault touch me again I will chop your hands off" threatened the woman through her pains but the husband was calm, way to calm for her liking causing her to grunt in disapproval. What can he say, he is used to threats not only from her but also from his rivals.

"It's fine it's fine come on baby there is a baby waiting to see his parents come on you can do it" without a sex determination test he can easily say it's a boy since he already has 7 sons.

"Ugh it hurts so much" she said in tears. He kissed her tears away whispering sweet things in her ears.

After an hour of horrific pain the baby's cry could be heard. A cry that immediately brought a smile to every human present there.

"It's girl" announced the doctor to which the couple's eyes grew wide, face filled more happiness with each second passing. They are the happiest parents on earth at the moment. The women forgot all the pain she has been through, instantly stretching her arms towards the baby wanting to hold the new born.

Nurse took the baby away to clean her. Those few minutes felt like forever waiting for the baby. Soon the nurse walked in with the baby all cleaned of blood saying the baby is healthy.

The doctors left the room to give some privacy to the couple.

"Our babygirl" said the man, in tears. This is the second time he shed tears since he married his beautiful wife.

"She is beautiful" said the women in tears herself. "What do you want to name her?"

"She is an angel so a name that starts with 'A' " he replied and took the baby from her mother's arms to his. Instantly naming her "Alyssa Dorothea Ascano"

"It's a beautiful name" replied the women looking at the little bundle of joy in her love's arms. "Let's introduce her to the family"

"Yeah here" he handed her the baby kissing on both the girls forehead he said "I will get them"

Soon many footsteps can be heard some walking and most of them running. The door fling open making a loud 'thud' causing the baby to cry. Everyone one had guilty faces from the oldest to the youngest but soon disappeared looking at the angel in front of them. A angel who can bring a smile on everyone's face not matter who you are.

"Baby" said the youngest Ascano Lucian taking a hold of Alyssa's tiny hand into his tiny hands. She moved her hands which instantly made him squeal "she touched me. Lazza did you see this she touched me. She likes me better"

"No she likes me" lazzaro immediately said glaring at his twin. The twins immediately started to argue about her liking making their grandparents shake their heads amused by the 4 year olds.

"Mom can I hold her please" said the oldest Ascano among the siblings Alessandro. The 14 year old, who thinks wise in every decision he makes.

"Offcourse ales come here " She motioned him get closer. Once he was closer she handed him his little sister. Making sure he is holding her right she moved away relaxing a bit but a mom of 6 sons can't relax especially went the boys are wild than wild animals.

Soon all boys whined wanting to hold their sister which only stoped when the man aka the father gave them a stern look reminding them about the hospital they are in.

"What's her name dad?" Asked Alessandro looking at her blue eyes with adoration.

"Alyssa Dorothea Ascano, ales. You have to protect her with everything in you my son "

"Offcourse dad I will protect her" he looked down at his sister who is currently closing her eyes. Instantly promising her and giving her a nickname so that she hears before going back to sleep he speaks up fast but steady "I will protect you ally. I promise my dear little sister"

With a smile on his face he hands her over to his grandfather who is waiting patiently to hold his granddaughter. Seeing ales giving him the baby, Alex aka the grandfather smiles at him with pride. Proud of how ales is. The maturity, the respect for everyone, his behaviour every thing in him is the best.

Scooping Alyssa, Alex had the biggest the smile he could muster. For the past 5 generations the Ascano family didn't have a luck with a baby girl. A necklace with a ring and a seat with a crown is waiting for the princess to be ruled.

He passed Alyssa to his wife Katherine who was shedding tears for joy. She had her for awhile cooing at her when she noticed Vincent, Giovanni's second oldest son and Alessandro's little brother waiting as patiently as possible for a chance to hold his sister.

Crouching down to his height she handed Alyssa to him. A big smile was plastered on his face looking at the princess.

"She is so cute" showing a grin he passed it to his younger brother Adriano who held her carefully, a big smile on his face.

Next came Marco, he picked her up and had unshed tears.

Next came Garrett, he cooed at her and handed her back to his mother. Anna took her baby girl feeding her once everyone's out.

Soon heavy footsteps can be heard Anna signed hard knowing who it is. She covered Alyssa's ears with her hands knowing what's about to come. Soon enough the door opened making a familiar loud 'thud'. She looked up to see Dominic who is Giovanni's brother. She smiled and waved but Dominic's eyes never left Alyssa.

He smiled wide and picked Alyssa up carefully trying his best not to hurt the little one ignoring Anna who was waving at him. Dominic is Giovanni's little brother aka Anna's brother-in-law. He has 5 kids all boys. He is what you call crazy but deadly.

"She is beautiful" he cooed at her. "I am gonna spoil you so much baby. You have to give a hard time to gio, kick your brothers ass......make sure you have them wrapped around your little fingers..not that they aren't now but yeah"

Soon Cathe came, she is Dominic's wife.

"Awww. She is so cute". Both of them were totally into the baby forgetting about Anna. Soon Anna drifted off to sleep exhausted.
