19. Cousin

I turned around wanting to leave the kid in his class but stopped myself staring at the person in front of me shocked.

"Tina" I said shocked. I didn't expect her here. Guess I should have since she lives in new york too.

Tina is my cousin back in California with my non-blood parents. She always hated my guts and mostly the fact I get away easily even after doing something wrong. She hated the attention I got, my friends, how everyone were treating me. Basically everything of me. But I didn't care much since it's life you will meet people who love you and hate you, just take the people who love you and move on already was my motto.

The hate started growing bigger and bigger to a point where she did things that would definitely make our family lash and then blamed everything on me. I didn't accept nor decline it, just to see who they believe. April 25 is the day I would never forget, everyone believed me saying I was innocent. That might seem simple but it ment the world to me........ All a girl is a bit of love and a lot of family support which I am very very grateful to have.

She took few pics of my brothers and I, where I was either kissing their cheek or sitting on their shoulder. Then edited them, replacing my brothers into her ex-boyfriend. She then showed it to everyone in the family saying her boyfriend cheated on her with me. And that I betrayed her and some other bullshit things.

Everyone supported me saying something is wrong with the photo and that I would never do that.

The next month was Tina's birthday. Everyone planned a surprise for her. It was around 7 at night everyone hid in the living. My little cousins who were 6 and 7 and I were sitting in the living room couch. Since we didn't want her to think there is a surprise for her by doing the all famous switching off the lights.

Unexpectedly, as soon as she came in and spotted us in the living room she smacked my head. The dumb her told me everything about her plan, the pics and her future plan which is to make them kick me out on the streets.

After a lot of drama everything kinda off settled. We ignored each other, no one cared.

"Hi baby cousin" her irritating voice rang in my ear making me want to cover my ears. I am few months younger. Normally older siblings tease with these type of things for fun but she tries to control what the younger ones do. "How are you lia?"

"Good till you showed your face"

"Watch your mouth bitch" she snarled clenching her fist while I gave her a bored look covering the kids ear.

"I will talk whatever I want" I shrugged.

"Lis-" she gritted her teeth before I interupped her. 

"Want me to call mason?" I asked definitely not in a mood for a argument. For a second I saw fear flash through her eyes before she masked it.

"You wouldn't dare" she tried to be tough but her eyes and voice betrayed her.

"Try me" I waited for a second but she didn't say anything so I just did one thing that would definitely scare her away. I pulled out my phone and called mason putting it on speaker.

"Hey little lia" mason sang.

"Hi Masy. I need your help. Someone's bothering me" I made eye contact with Tina. She shook her head whispering a 'no'. She dead scared of mason. Once she peed her pants when he glared at her.

"Tell me their full name or phone number or email anything about them I will take care of it" he said in his deep voice all play full ness gone long time ago. I wiggled my eyebrows at Tina.

"Please" Tina whispered.

"I don't know. I will text you finding it" I said smiling.

"Okay. Be careful. Text me as soon as you get them."
