My breath got stuck in my mouth as i felt the bullet miss my neck by an inch. My heart skipped a beat as I looked down at my fallen hair due to the force of the bullet before i stumbled backwards absolutely terrified.

A pain hiss left my mouth as a piece of glass pierced my feet. Before i could comprehend my next move, my head was whipped to the right by a harsh slap.

"The nerve you have" he snarled before grabbing my hair, dragging me out of the room.

"Ah. Let go" i cried out. "Please let go. Please it hurts, please. Let go"

A scream left my mouth as my back slammed against the wall. His huge hand wrapped around my throat, not to tight to choke me but tight enough to halt my movements. My hand grabbed his, trying to get his off my neck.

" I don't want to hear a single noise from you or trust me leo will be murdered brutally on the streets right in front of your eyes. It's a promise" he whispered looking straight at my eyes. His eyes holding promise.

I shook my head as a tear slipped from eyes. My hands left his going to cover my mouth preventing myself from sobbing.

His hand left my throat as he took a step back giving me some personal space. He grabbed my upper arm dragging me to an unknown destination.

It was the same room as before.

He pushed the door open with a bang before pushing me inside. I fell on the floor beside the bed hurting my knees and hands in process. I slowly turned back and wished i didn't. He looked so lethal. He has removed his mask revealing his face. He had light brown hair and brown eyes. His lips in a straight line with a shrap jaw. He has a tattoo under the eye which is Jesus Christ cross but upside down.

But the thing is i have seen him before, but where??

He began taking melancing steps towards me causing me to push myself backwards, away from him. Before i knew it, my back touched the wall. He bent down before me ever so slowly and sat down slowly as if he didn't want to scare me more.

"I am sorry Alyssa. I shouldn't have raise my hand on you" he spoke in a soft voice looking straight at my eyes, showing me how sorry he was. But in no way, i am accepting his apology. So i stayed quite. He took a deep breaths as if preparing for a exhausting task.

"Anyways, i brought you here to have a civilized talk with you. After that I will let you go i promise. trust me"

"I don't trust you" my voice was barely above a whisper. He looked hurt but who cares, i definitely don't, do you?

"I don't blame you" he rubbed his chin before looking at me again. "Ugh!!! Anyways, listen carefully, I'll tell you everything I know and you can even ask questions but don't interrupt me and wait till i finish, got it?"

I nodded. Its not like i have a choice.

"Right. Let's begin with your foster parents. Do you remember the attack at the carnival?" He asked sitting in the floor comfortably, leaning his back against the bed placing a pillow behind him to support his back, facing the wall in front of him.

"Yes i do" i mumbled, keeping my distance.

"Well, that was planned by Blake and Mason -"

"Don't feed me lies" i interrupted. I have know Blake and Mason my whole life, they would never do anything to harm anyone. They are big softies.

"I am not. What did I tell about interrupting me?" He asked in stone cold tone completely turning to me. His face void of emotions looking lethal. I shrank back more into wall looking down, not answering.
