"Where the fuck were you?" He growled tugging me by my upper arm harshly.
A sharp cry left my mouth at the contact with his nails digging into my skin.
"You are hurting me. Let go" I cried out trying to push him away. But he was thrice my size and didn't even bulge.
"Where were you Alyssa Dorothea Ascano?" He yelled holding both my shoulders in a tight grip, hurting my already sore shoulder.
"I went for Ice cream, I told you" I screamed.
"Don't you dare lie" he pinned me a deadly glare. "Unless you want a repeat of last time" he growled looking animalistic.
I shook my head unable to think of something that fast, that's believable, also not wanting a repeat of last time. I don't think I can handle more.
"Please" A heart-wrenching sob escaped my lips as I felt a liquid flow down from where his nails were digging.
Before he could respond Leo let out a growl of disapproval before pouncing on his arms holding me, successfully releasing his death grip.
"Leo, go away" he growled. His eyes darkened multiple shades, and a shiver went down my spine looking at the vein bulging on his forehead and his fist-formed hands, like he wanted nothing but to kill me. The rage was visible.
"No, Leo stay," I yelled out terrified for myself.
Ales took a threatening step towards me causing Leo to growl and cover me up from his sight.
"This is your last chance, tell him to move before I do something I won't regret" he threatened. I shook my head scared to face him alone.
"GUARDS" He yelled out at a decibel even the city could hear.
Immediately more than 10 guards rushed inside with their guns out looking straight at Ales with respect.
My foot.
"Shoot Leo" Ales ordered staring straight into my terrified orbs as they enlarged at his command.
"WHAT. NO" I shook my head before turning to look at the guards who had their guns out taking their stance.
I rushed towards Leo to shield him but I was too late, shots rang as I watched Leo slump to the ground before going limp.
