Bentley Lewis is blind.
His family broke after the death of his father that took place just a short while ago.
Living with unwanted grief, Bentley's mother, Arleen, decides to move halfway across the country to start a new life.
Her problem?
She needs to move to a place that provides teachers that assist blind students. Arleen then moves her and her two sons to Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.
At first Bentley is unsure about his feelings of the move, but that quickly changes when one small incident turns into the best thing in his life.
