On the Other Side

On the other side of the sea, the nation of Marley thrives. They possess technologies so advanced it makes the world around them look primitive. They possess weapons of mass destruction that is matched by no other.

Marley is a nation that is constantly at war with the world. Fight after fight, it didn't matter; each loss was devastating for the nations that stood up against their dominion. Eldians are their crown jewel as they possess abilities to transform into Titans. Eldians who are to enroll into the Honorary Marlyean Programs and manage to make it through alive, are given one of the 5 Titans they possess. Those who don't enroll into the Honorary Marley Programs are thrown into the frontlines of every battlefield.

On the other side of sea, life is the same for Eldians. They are hemmed inside a wall just like the Devils of Paradis and are forced to wear armbands to determine which are Eldian and who is Marlyean. Eldians are treated like animals and propaganda about Eldians spreads like wildfire. They aren't trusted because of their hidden abilities to turn into Titans and because of their history.

With each day, Marley grows stronger. As the clock ticks, the closer the day when they will invade Paradis and get rid of them. Despite their strength and courage, they fear one thing and one thing only. The Devil himself. The strongest human being to ever live.

Eren Jaeger.

He is known all throughout the lands as a man with god tier levels of power. He is feared by all reason being that he is the only person who can free the world from Marley. He is the only one who can obliterate Marley. No one person can stand up to him.

Eren Jaeger has one goal. A plan that has been set in stone from the depths of the unknown. His power combined with the royal blood his brother Zeke Jaeger possesses, they will achieve their grand goal. Or should I say Eren's goal.

*Back in Paradis*

In the four years after finding the truth about this world, Paradis's technological advancements were outstanding to say the least. Technology on par or even better than that of Marley's. ODM gear was made much more efficient, blades were sharper and sturdier, pistols were invented which were wired to ODM gear. Transportation became much more efficient with the invention of the zeppelin.

The Survey Corps was ready to go to war. A war that they could win, but this is a threat larger than any Titan they have ever seen.

Out in a field, a zeppelin was ready to take off.

"Are all preparations done?" Hanji asked.

"Yes, Commander. It is now on your order." a soldier said.

"Good."

Hanji looked back at rest and signaled them all to aboard the zeppelin.

Eren, Mikasa, Armin, Jean, Sasha, Connie, and all other soldiers came aboard the zeppelin. Onyankopon was the one piloting the zeppelin and Levi was already inside the airship.

Everyone has grown as they should it has been four years. Eren had his signature man-bun and grew to be 183cm tall. Mikasa had shorter hair courtesy of Eren, and she was a little shorter than Eren at 176cm tall. Armin had a bowl cut and grew slightly taller than Levi at a mind boggling 168cm. Jean grew out his mane and was the tallest member by far at 190cm. Sasha was still Sasha but taller she grew to 171cm. Connie was still bald and was 180cm tall. Finally, there is Levi who grew absolutely nothing; he was still as short as back then.

They all wore the new Survey Corps uniforms which were all black and were lined with plates of armor. The new and improved ODM gear sat on their backs instead of their sides. They were all armed with blades and some of them with Thunder Spears.

"Alright. This is operation begins now."

*Meanwhile*

Back in Marley, Zeke was having a conference meeting with the rest of the Titan Shifters: Pieck, Porco, Reiner, and the future Beast Colt Grice.

"This is a rare occasion. Why are we meeting in your office, Zeke? And where's the brass?" Porco asked.

"They aren't here. Can't we just meet for some tea?" Zeke said as he passed a cup of tea to Porco.

"Sure." Porco said a little unconvinced.

"Now then, our latest battle has showed that Marlyean weaponry has advanced too fast. At this rate, our artillery will be able to take down Titans and sooner the invasion of Paradis. We are not to kill the Founder, Eren Jaeger. We need him alive in order to bring the Founding Titan under our control. Marley has taken notice to the scopes of his power and it was said that we will soon declare war against Paradis. Our Declaration of War will be announced by the Tybur Family." Zeke explained.

"They are the keepers of the Warhammer, is that right?" Colt asked.

"Yeah, but the Tybur's have never once used the Warhammer Titan against an enemy state. They are known as the family that drove away King Fritz in the Great Titan War, they aren't hated like most Eldians. If we speak through the Tybur's, the entire Marlyean Dominion will hear us out." Pieck explained.

"Astute as ever, Pieck. You're exactly right." Zeke said.

"But, the Tybur's have been living lives of luxury and freedom. They've never fought for their country or their people. Why should they get to play hero now?" Porco asked.

"I know how you feel, but the Tybur's are just as concerned about Marley as we are." Zeke said.

"Maybe, but the-"

"If it saves our motherland, Marley, that's enough for me. Our duty is to support the Tybur's and to serve as scaffolding for the new Marley is built." Reiner interrupted.

"Well said. Very soon a festival will take place here in Liberio. The head of the Tybur's, Willy Tybur, will give his speech to declare war." Zeke explained.

"All Marlyean generals or higher-ups will be invited to hear this announcement by the Tybur's. We will conquer Paradis Island within the next year." Zeke added.

"That's if we get the Founder under our control." Reiner said as he began remembering all those times Eren displayed his monstrous power. He took down his entire squad which consisted of him, Annie, and Bertholdt.

"The fate of Marley rests on this plan. We cannot let it fail. For the future of our motherland, we must join our hearts and minds as one." Zeke said. 

And with that, their meeting was over. They all left the room, but none of them knew that were secretly being heard.  Within a few days, war will be declared and although war is a horrible thing to experience, the worst has yet to come. On the other side of the sea, Marley lives in fear of Eren Jaeger. They hope to bring him crashing down, but deep in their hearts they know that they are hopeless to stop him.
