After hearing a voice call out to you, your attention is turned to the blonde hero approaching you.

"What're you doing here saving people?" he asks as a bit of a smirk crawls on his face.

Ignoring his comment, you run up to him and wrap your arms around him. 

"I'm sorry," you whisper as you dig your head into his neck, "I shouldn't have-"

"Don't worry about it," he replies almost cockily, "There's no way those idiots could convince me to do anything so you have nothing to worry about."

"I know, but what they did to you..."

"Was nothing I couldn't handle," he assures you.

Just then a loud noise of something crashing to the ground startles you. Looking away from Bakugou, you watch as three large Nomus begin to scare away a crowd of civilians. 

Bakugou releases you from his embrace. You look over at him to see his eyes focused intensely on the scene before you.

"You need to get out of here," he says as he continues to observe the nomus, his fists tightening as he does, "You should try to find Jirou. She'll help you get out of here."

"I don't want to leave you again-"

"Y/N," he says, turning his attention back to you, "I'm a goddamn pro hero I can take care of myself."

"I know but the nomus-"

Your rebuttal is interrupted by a nomu's loud footsteps approaching the two of you. It stares curiously at Bakugou before opening its mouth.

"I'm going to enjoy this one," it says.

Only then does the nomu acknowledge your presence as it lifts its claw to swat you away from the two of them, sending you flying until you hit your back against a brick wall. 

Bakugou calls out to you, however, the wind has been knocked out of your lungs making you unable to respond.

"Go to Kurogiri and leave here," the nomu tells you, "you're no longer needed here."

Looking over to Bakugou, you see him send you a quick nod before taking a fighting stance to the nomu. Left with no other moves to make, you begin to get up and walk away. 

You walk through the street slowly, having trouble catching your breath and seeing through crying eyes. It hurt you more than you realized to leave him alone with a nomu you knew to be one of the strongest. 

Luckily, you find Jirou quickly. She and Kaminari run to your direction. You assume Jirou heard you which lead her to your direction.

"Y/N!" she calls out as she approaches.

You spread your arms as you fall into Jirou's embrace, your legs giving out as you do. She lowers you to the ground in an attempt to steady you.

"Jirou," Kaminari says as he looks out to the street covered with both heroes and villains, "We've got to get her out of here."

Jirou nods silently. She and Kaminari then lift you together to bring you away from the action on the street. You end up in some alleyway not far, yet empty. 

The two of them then lower you down to the floor once more. Jirou takes the time to wipe the tears from your eyes as she and Kaminari try to calm you down.

"We'll stay here together, okay?" she says to you.

You nod as Kaminari rubs your arm. "I'll be right back once most of the fighting is calmed down."
