Late one evening, you walk with Yoruko out of your house towards a location which you've not told her. Rather, the two of you enjoy the walk and the time together you haven't had in a while.

"Man," Yoruko sighs as she looks up towards the sky, "it's so nice out."

"Mhm, I'm glad we decided to walk instead of using your warp gate," you chuckle.

"Well, that's only 'cause you won't tell me where we going. You're making it a surprise for some reason," she rolls her eyes.

"I wasn't about to ruin the surprise just so we could get there earlier! Anyway, I just wanted to hang out since I've been getting some nice hero money that I didn't need to steal to get."

Wrapping her arm around you, she nods. "I love the sound of that, my hero best friend. Oh, and by the way, how is the hero work going?"

"I think I'm starting to get the hang of it," you smile at her.

Soon, the two of you arrive at the somewhat empty-looking Refuge Bar causing Yoruko to freak out in excitement.

"Oh my god, seriously Y/N?!" she beams, "We haven't been here in forever! I missed going!"

You nod and the two of you look around. Noticing there's no line you begin to question if the arrangement you set up backfired somehow.

"I can't believe it, I was right?"

"Eh?" you ask, still more interested in the fact that the bar is dead empty.

"I told you that once everybody went here, it would get a lot less crowded!"

"I guess," you mumble to yourself as you begin to grow suspicious of your surroundings.

Despite these worries, Yoruko grabs your hand and brings you towards the entrance. You attempt to reach for your phone from your back pocket, but can't reach for it as you need to look out for where you're going and maintain your balance.

When Yoruko finally makes it inside, she stops abruptly. As she does, you bump smack into her side. The two of you fumble at the interaction, but Yoruko's body is tenser.

"Y/N..." you can hardly hear her speak.

You look up and see that the bar looks different than usual. Your mouth hangs open in awe as you look at your surroundings.

"I love it!"

Purple and blue decorations line the walls, accompanied by a playlist sounding almost curated by Yoruko herself. As you look around, you see your hero friends smiling in confusion and excitement back at the two of you. When your eyes meet with Bakugou's you see an entirely different look- one that practically screams that he's pissed off.

"Sorry," you silently mouth to him.

Before you can tell if he's accepted your apology, Yoruko tackles you into a giant hug.

"You're the best, best friend seriously ever! I'm so lucky to have you," she cries into your neck.

"Me too," you smile as you hug her back, "and you're welcome but I wasn't the one who put all of the decorations together... That part surprised me, too."

As she pulls away from the hug, Yoruko turns towards Jirou and Mina. You watch as she runs up to the two of them, pulling them into an equally gigantic hug.

You then walk up to Kirishima and Bakugou, smiling as you think about how they both helped to put everything together.

"You guys didn't need to do all of this," you smile as you approach them, "I really just wanted to get us all together again."

"It was no problem," Kirishima beams, "It was fun and the girls had a blast with it, too."

"I told you those idiots would go all out," Bakugou adds.

Ignoring Bakugou's comment, you continue, "Did you rent the whole place out for the night, too? I mean, nobody's here," you ask as you look around.

Kirishima chuckles awkwardly as he scratches the back of his neck. "Yeah, that part was kinda a splurge but we figured it would be better this way."

"Well it's really awesome," you smile as you give him a hug.

You then turn to Bakugou, hugging and thanking him as well. "It would have been better if you did what you said you were going to and texted me before you came in," Bakugou complains.

"Don't be such a baby," you say as you nudge him, "everything worked out perfectly."

"A baby?!" he says right before he gets ready to explode. Luckily, you're able to calm him down with a kiss before he can get any more worked up.

"Katsuki, this was a great surprise, don't worry about it."

You notice Kirishima look over at Bakugou with a smirk. However, Yoruko calls you over to take shots, causing you to miss the eye contact and quiet word exchanged between the two men.

Giving Yoruko a thumbs up, you turn back to Bakugou with a grin.

"No," he shakes his head.

"Just one," you say as you grab onto his and Kirishima's hands.

"I'm in," Kirishima smiles and turns to Bakugou.

"Alright, whatever, just one!" Bakugou groans.

After dragging the two of them excitedly to the bar, Yoruko hops begins and starts to pull different bottles and glasses together.

"You're all in for a treat," she says with a grin that proves she's already not completely sober, "I'm going to make my Yoruko special!"

"Ooo," Kaminari and Mina coo as the group watches Yoruko pour Malibu into a shaker.

"She's going to find a way to kill us with the one shot," you hear Bakugou mumble.

"It's not that bad," you giggle as you place your hand in his. "We used to make it all the time before we could go to bars."

"You what?" Bakugou's eyes narrow.

"Nothing!" Yoruko helps you out, "Y/N! Can you please assist me?"

You nod and walk around the bar to get over to her.

"Those times were great and all but maybe don't mention that we were drinking illegally to pro heroes," she whisper yells to you.

"Sorry..."

"It's okay," she perks up, "Now can you put in a dash of that pineapple juice there. Just a little bit, okay?"

Together, the two of you finish preparing the drinks. Once you're done, together for the first time in a while, your group has a toast.

The rest of that night you can't help but smile as you think about what great friends you've managed to make over the last five years.
