Saturday was a bit boring for Yuri, all alone at home with nothing to do. His grandma had been mad at him for not letting her know sooner with how late he was going to be yesterday, but she had been happy with the fact he had made some friends, so the scolding wasn't all that bad. But she was gone with some of her friends and now Yuri had nothing else to distract him from the memories from yesterday.

How could he forget? RJ Willows, such a handsome and wanted guy, confessed his feelings to him. Yuri blushed, thinking back at how gentle he had been after knowing about his distaste for touching. Apparently Yara had already picked up on that fact, something that made him slightly conscious of how he acted around people.

The sound of his phone getting a message let Yuri look up from the couch in surprise. He almost ran towards his phone to see who might have texted him. His brows shot up in shock as he read the message.

— Hey, me and some friends are having a bonfire tonight. Do you... maybe want to come? :)

It was from Yara.

Yuri hummed, debating with himself if he wanted to be around a bunch of strangers. Not really.

— I don't know, I would only know you.

— RJ and Zara are going to be there too :)  And most of our friends you already know from school, so ur not alone. Please? :3

Yuri groaned, she was fast, like she planned her response. Though he really didn't feel like being around a lot of people.

— I'll pass, I'm sorry.

— It's oke, no pressure!
I'll see you Monday then :3

She was so sweet. Yuri smiled down at his phone, remembering all the things Yara had done for him in the past few days and how much he appreciated her. But then he thought back about yesterday and somehow his thoughts were overtaken by RJ again.

He groaned and buried his face into his hands. What was wrong with him? Why did he have to think about him again? Yuri huffed in annoyance, his tail swishing back and forth behind him.

So maybe he had a small crush on the older male, but it wasn't like he liked him like that, was it? Yuri pursed his lips and made his way upstairs, falling on his unmade bed to spent his day lazing around. He wasn't sure about his feelings, the thought about someone liking him like that so unreal to him. I mean, how could you like him? He had cat ears and a tail for goodness sake!

The younger male pouted as he looked at himself in the mirror opposite his bed, one cat ear twitching slightly as they picked up a sound from outside. His hand grabbed his tail and held it out in front of his face so he could look at it with disgust, the fluffy thing squirming around like a worm. He hissed at his own tail before throwing it away, not that it would go anywhere, as it was attached to his lower back.

He hated how he looked. This stupid curse running through the family for decades now. His parents weren't like him, something that made them despise their son even more. Yuri mewled softly at that thought, tears pricking in his eyes, ready to escape.

He shook his head, trying to get rid of those horrible memories of his parents. He angrily grabbed his laptop from somewhere on his bed and searched for a movie, not feeling all too happy, he decided to watch a sad movie. Allowing himself to cry for once.

Later that night, somewhere around midnight, Yuri woke up to the sound of his ringtone going off. He sighed softly, slowly realizing he had fell asleep through the forth or fifth movie. Yuri grabbed his phone and picked it up, not really looking at the caller as his eyes were still half open.
