While Jace, Clary, Raquel and Leopolda where at the graveyard, Marianna and Alec where at the institute in the training room, Alec was runeing his bows
"Wanna talk about it?" Alec said while looking up from his bow
"About what?" Mari looked up from her phone
"She's not answering is she?" Alec but the bow and stele down, Marianna hummed and nodded a no
"What happened out there? They looked pretty shocked" Alec shrugged
"I lashed out- I guess I'm just been under stressed- I feel bad she just asked me something and I just screamed at her face- god I am a bad sister" she covered her face in frustration
"Hey hey now come on" he said sarcastically and with optimism "your just under stress" he comforted her
"Thanks Alec" she thanked
"What we're you arguing about anyway?" Alec asked as he got back to runeing his arrows
"Girl code can't say anything" she put her palm out
"No you have to tell me I'm your best friend- come on" he whined
"No it's girl code not to tell a you guys that we've been taking about you" She said obviousness laced her tone, but then covered her mouth immediately after
