Midoriya sat at the rooftop of one of Tokyo's large towers, the sun was in the middle of setting.
Everyone knew who he was, he was Hawks's cousin after all.
Not to mention, he's appeared on TV multiple times despite being just a "normal" guy.It didn't help that his childhood friend was the number 1 hero, Katsuki Bakugo.
Everyone around wanted Midoriya to be a hero, he was fierce and strong.
Midoriya sighed as he saw Hawks in the distance, he knew where this was going.
Midoriya's clothes were all fire proof, due to the fact his wings were constantly on fire he had to learn to adapt.Hawks spotted him and flew over.
"Hey cous" hawks said as he landed.
Midoriya groaned, "what do you want now hawks?""Wow is that any way to greet your older cousin?
Show some respect, I'm the number 2 hero." Hawks chuckled.Midoriya stared at him dully.
"Fine.
Look, why can't you just consider it?
Being a hero isn't all that bad you know, everyone loves you, you get all this money, and public recognition. And you're my cousin, you'd climbed the ranks like nothing" hawks whined.
"Hawks.
Not everyone likes being the center of attention.
I don't see why heroes put their lives on the line just to save strangers they've never met.
What do you do if that stranger you saved later on becomes a villain, huh?" Midoriya hissed."Don't be like that, saving people is amazing."
"How?"
"Because uh...
I don't know, it just is!""Not even you can justify it.
Look hawks, we've had this conversation already.
Nothing you say is changing my mind so just leave it be" Midoriya spat."Fine fine.
I'm out"Hawks zipped off.
Midoriya let out an exhausted sigh,"so annoying."
He was about to take flight but someone else stopped him again.Katsuki Bakugo.
"Oi" Bakugo hissed.
Midoriya turned around, his back facing the edge of the building.
His wings were stretched out, he was ready to fly."What Kacchan?"
"Why did you go through the hero course if you aren't going to become a hero?!
What's the point??" Bakugo spat.Midoriya rolled his eyes, "you know very well I was forced through that thing because Hawks is my cousin."
"But you got perfect scores, perfect everything!
Then you ditched hero college and decided not to become a hero??
It doesn't make sense!
It doesn't even feel like I rightfully earned this stupid number 1 spot because I never got to challenge you" Bakugo continued."You and Hawks seriously don't know when to stop.
I'm out"Midoriya flew off, leaving Bakugo on the rooftop.
Once he was far enough he flew over to his hotel complex.
People around the streets asked for his autograph but he ignored them.He walked in, checked in, and went to his hotel room.
He looked around, he wasn't completely alone.
He had a pet cat, her name was sapphire.
He had found her one day and took her in so he wouldn't be alone. His phone went off, he pulled it out and read the message.
"You know what today is.
Meet up at base"Midoriya sighed, "right another meeting."
He texted a special individual and shortly a warp gate opened.
He walked in and reappeared at a base.It was a nice spot, it was on an island a little far from the mainland of Japan.
No one had owned it and they had found it and took it for themselves.Midoriya stretched out his wings and tucked them in.
"Looks like you've finally arrived" a raspy voice spoke up.
"Yeah yeah whatever, get to the point.
What do you want?Shigaraki" Midoriya asked.
"I'm glad you asked.
You see, after the heroes sent us into hiding and have made it difficult to attack we've finally decided it's time we make our name known again. And so, a couple things need to be done" Shigaraki replied.
Midoriya raised his brow, "what do you mean?"
"We're going to be doing a series of attacks upon Japan.
You see, you're going to be important in this""How exactly...?
I thought we agreed to allowing me help on the down low" Midoriya asked, getting defensive."Oh you will be helping on the down low.
I'll explain.UA, everyone knows about it.
If we start attacking UA we'll get our name as the league of villains back.Your job will be to get info and make plans on how we can attack"
"And what do you mean by get info?"
"The sports festival is coming up, study up on the students, figure out how to steal information from Nezu's computer, and...
Start plotting attacks""Oh that sounds simple I guess..."
"It is for now at least"
"What do you mean for now??"
"You'll know in the future.
Now meeting dismissed"Midoriya nodded his head as he flew off, he decided to go on his usual...
Nightly...
Kills.
