"Now I need to make plans for the league.

I can do that and at the same time open up an agency. I should open up an agency first, I haven't figured out time slots for my shifts quite yet and that's going to be a problem in the future."

Midoriya pulled his phone out and texted Hawks.

"Could you help me open up an agency?"

"Oh sure!
Wanna meet up first?"

"That works"

"Cool, meet me at our usual meet spot"

"I'll be there in a minute"

Midoriya shut his notebook and stuffed it into his drawer.
He put his shoes on and flew off.

He was already in his hero outfit so he wasn't worried about needing to change.

He flew to Tokyo tower, that was their usual meet spot.

"Hey, so you wanted to open up an agency?" Hawks asked.

"Yeah?
How do I do it?"

"Well first we need to look at some buildings.

You'll have to pay bills for things like how you buy a house.
After that, you'll need to set up the interior.

If you get lucky enough, you might find an agency already set up that all you have to do is buy.
However, those are typically more expensive.

After everything is set up, you'll need to go to the commission and tell them yourself that you've opened up an agency.
That way, you'll be informed on things and made official.

After that, you can start to hire people.
Side kicks are useful because they can do all of the annoying work like fill out papers and throw the criminals you defeat into prison.
You can also take interns and help them see if they truly want to be a hero.

You'll get paid more based on how many side kicks you have and how many interns you decide to take in" Hawks Explained.

"How annoying" Midoriya sighed.

"Well it pays well and that's what you're looking for right?" Hawks smiled.

Midoriya nodded his head, feeling his heart pinch a bit.
He knew he was a villain...
He knew he was going to go against hawks...
He knew what he was doing...

And some part of him felt bad for having to destroy all the trust and friendships he had built...

But another part of him...

Was excited to go through with his plans...

"Alright well I got some time before my next shift. I could help you.
If we work hard, we could get it done today" Hawks continued.

"That'd be nice..."

"Then let's go"

Hawks then took him around Tokyo, showing him some already set up buildings and some empty buildings that needed some renovating.

"I'll go for an already at up building. Theirfor I save time."

"Alright that's all the ones I know of.
Which of the 20 are you going to pick?" Hawks asked.

"Probably option 15" Midoriya replied.

"The already set up one?"

"Yeah"
