"Do you want to get your hero license?" Hawks asked.

Midoriya sighed, "yeah whatever.
Just don't get overly exci-"
Midoriya was cut off when Hawks immediately dragged him away out of happiness and went flying to the testing station.

"You're going to burn ya know!" Midoriya shouted midair as some of Hawks's feathers lit on fire.

"A small price to pay" Hawks laughed as he dropped him right at the testing station.
Midoriya caught himself and calmly landed.

"Hawks.
I've told you numerous times not to do that.
Your clothes may be fire proof but your skin isn't" Midoriya hissed as Hawks landed beside him.

"Doesn't matter, now come on let's go see if you qualify?"
He pushed Midoriya inside despite the fact Midoriya had fire on his back.

Midoriya had to keep his wings angled to make sure Hawks didn't catch on fire and die a gruesome death.

"Pro hero Hawks, what bring you in here today?" The front lady desk worker asked.

"Hero test for him" hawks smiled as he pointed at Midoriya.

"Come right this way then" she led the 2 to an open field.

"How's the test going to work?" Midoriya asked.

"It's different per person.
Imma go watch now, prepare for anything!" Hawks Shouted as he flew off to the seats.

Midoriya looked around, focusing on everything around him.

Shortly, someone came walking in.
Midoriya squinted his eyes to see who it was and felt his heart beat increase when he realized who was testing him...
Anger fueled him to his limit as he looked at his instructor.

"Hello Midoriya.
We meet again huh?
Finally caved in and decided to be a hero?" The instructor sneered.

Midoriya bit his lip, making sure not to say anything too rash.
He wouldn't want his license to be revoked because of his smart mouth.

"Well then.
For your test, you're going to be fighting me 1v1.
If you win, you got the license.
I'd you don't win, you don't get the license.
Understood?"

Midoriya nodded his head.

"Begin!"

The instructor activated his quirk, crystalization.
He sent a barrage of crystals at the ground and at Midoriya.

Midoriya jumped up, he knew how this quirk worked...
If he hit the ground his entire body would crystalize in an instant.

He sent a blast of his flames at the instructor but the instructor blocked using some crystals, however the flames were just a distraction.
Midoriya reappeared behind the instructor and kicked him so hard he went flying across the field.

Midoriya sped up and caught up to him.
Using his telekinesis he lifted up the instructor and slammed him into the ground, into his own crystals.
He ended up using the instructors quirk against him as the crystals crystallized over the instructor.

Midoriya won in an instant.
His anger was quite useful.

The crystals disappeared as the instructor appeared, knocked out.

"WOOOOHOOOO YOU PASSED!" Hawks cheered.

Midoriya nodded his head as Hawks dragged him over to the picture area for the license.

"Take a good picture" Hawks said.

Midoriya just stared at the camera dully, he wasn't about to fake a smile.
