"I saw it being possible but I had my doubts" Haru added.

Midoriya pulled his phone out and checked the time, "okay.
It's only 8:20" he sighed.

"Why whats wrong?"

"I have a meeting with the commission at 10pm."

"Oh the hero commission?
Could we come?"

"I don't know if there are any regulations against interns.
Let me check my email"
Midoriya flipped through his phone and found the email invitation.

"You are required to come to the annual commission meeting.
All pro heroes will be there."

Is all the email read.

"Hm.

Well.

The email doesn't say anything against interns but they haven't exactly said you're allowed there either.
Hm"

Midoriya started to ponder, would bringing the interns bring any use to him?

"If me and Kacchan are going to steal some information tonight we'll need someone to distract.
But at the same time.

These 2 don't know how bad the commission is and I haven't started the process to show them they are bad.
They wouldn't know to distract them so it would be utterly useless to bring them."

It would be best if you 2 didn't come.
I wouldn't want to get in trouble if there is something against it.
And besides, it's a hero meeting.
There won't be anything fun out of that" Midoriya sighed.

"Aw man" Haru groaned.

I want you 2 to train your quirks speed since you're having a hard time keeping up with me.
Race each other around the streets while helping people below.
That's your job." Midoriya instructed.

The 2 nodded their heads as they zipped off.

"You actually took in interns?" Bakugo chuckled.

"Yeah, it brings in more money"

"I could never, kids are annoying.
Especially teens"

How are we going to steal it exactly?" He asked.

"Hm.
I know for a fact on the boss's floor there's a bunch of files and security on some of the things they did.
You see, they have multiple faculties in which they train kids.
They didn't have enough space it do it all in one big spot.
However the spot we're going to is the main spot where the strongest are trained.

Everything they've done to the kids in the facility is in private records, it may seem stupid to keep records but they did it to see which abusive method makes kids strongest the fastest.

It's kept in his office because it has the highest level of security...

In order for us to steal information, stealing it during this meeting would be the best time since security is all down.
They turn off all the security because these meetings are so top secret they can't have it recorded.

The issue now is how we'll get to the boss's office while being at the meeting at the same time..." Midoriya explained.

"We'd need duplicates of ourselves but that isn't really possible.
So what're we going to do?"
