"I...

Believe you" Tsuki said.

Haru stared at him in surprise, "was it that bad...??"

"It...
Was h-horrible..." Tsuki shuttered.

"If Tsuki gets that shaken by something...
It usually means it's serious...

I believe you too" Haru nodded his head.

Midoriya turned his head and looked to see if anyone was watching.
Once he knew no one could possibly hear what he was about to say next he got closer to Tsuki and Haru.

"Look, I'm glad you 2 believe me.
But I also understand you 2 really want to be heroes.
This world this needs heroes.
When I take down the commission I told the number 1 hero to make a new commission. But it won't be anything like what you just saw.
It'll be a place where real heroes can be made and no one's going to be forced Through anything.

Your only job is to pretend to be villains while over here and stay undercover at UA.
When the time comes to expose them I'll pick you 2 up.
You'll be labeled as the UA traitor a and UA will have to close down, especially when I add on the bad things they've done.

Once UA's closed down and the commission is done with I'll clear your names and you can become heroes like you've wanted to.

Without proper heroes Japan will fall
Someone has to control the villains because no matter what we do villains will always exist.

But the number of villains should decrease when real heroes rise, ones that'll help everyone and not leave anyone behind.

Do you understand the assignment?" Midoriya asked.

"Wait but what about you...??
With how you're describing it, it's like you won't be a hero anymore..." Haru asked in dismay.

"Being a hero...
Was never for me...

Don't worry about me okay?
Do you understand what you have to do?"

They nodded their heads firmly.

"Good.

Don't tell the league, act like villains until it's time for the plan to commence" Midoriya sighed as he backed up.

"Are we going to stay down here??"

"Not for long, don't worry"

Midoriya walked up the stairs back to where the rest of the league was.
They hadn't heard him so he was in the clearing.

"Well?
Do they believe you?" Shigaraki asked.

Midoriya nodded his head, "they're on our side now.
We can unchain them"

"Good.
Here's the keys" Shigaraki chuckled as he tossed a key at Midoriya.

Midoriya caught it with his telekinesis, cautious to not catch it with his bare hands.
The key would melt if it touched him.

He walked back down the stairs, "alright remember...
Act like you're on the villain's side.
Until I give you the clearing not to, pretend you're bad people"

Midoriya unlocked them from their chains and quirk cancelers and walked them out of the basement.

"Good to see you kiddos have seen the light of truth, why would you say that" Twice smiled.

They stood close by Midoriya, uncomfortable to go anywhere else.

"Well?
Now what?" Dabi asked.
