Hi guys! I haven't written in so long and I suddenly had the urge to write some bottom aether and I thought why not put it all into one story? So here it is!

Aether and his sister were twins. Yet their differences showed as they aged year by year. Their parents would say to each other that they had perfect beta twins, they just had to be.

As Lumine and Aether grew older, is when they realized. They noticed how Lumine was slightly taller than Aether, how she had more defined and sharp features in comparison to Aether's softer looks. The male being more petite in stature, almost having all the feminine features his sister had.

It became more obvious as they turned 17 that they were not betas.

Well at least not one of them.

Lumine was definitely a beta, she fit all the above when it came to what it takes to be one. She was what was expected from her parents—while on the other hand they had Aether, who was a hundred percent a submissive omega and a male one at that.

Male omegas made up less than 1% of the population. They were so rare that it was written in their history and said of how much of a miracle it would be to birth one. It was said that if a male omega was brought upon to your family then you will be set for life when it came to fortune.

That is why omega males are taken from their parents when it was found, so many kidnapping cases of male omegas gone missing; some murdered and others taken for the benefit of it. Taken to become a token to families, placed on a pedestal only to become art pieces to be shown to the rich and those with power.

It was because of those horrible things that Aether's parents decided to treat him like a beta and raise him as one too. No one besides them had to know about Aether's true secondary gender. They did it to protect him, to keep him safe from all that tragedy.

It wasn't simple convincing both Aether and everyone else that he was a beta. He had to mask his own scent with a "perfume" his parents bought him and insisted that he put on before he left the house every day. Aether became suspicious but he never pressed on the issue and he loved his parents so he would do anything to please them.

They knew that sooner or later he would find out but the later he found out the better. It was only a matter of time before he got his first heat and it was then that the secret would be revealed.

Lumine knew. She had read a lot about omegas and her brother was the textbook definition of one. Of course she kept quiet about it and treated Aether like a beta as well, it's not like she would treat him any different anyways. He was still Aether no matter what, and she would protect him even if he wasn't an omega. Or so she thought.

But as she heard the alphas in her class and the alphas she crushed on say they'd do anything to get their hands on an omega her mood would become sour. They would snicker and say they'd do anything to get the chance to fuck an omega especially a male one since they were said to be "tighter". It would make her sick to her stomach and those days she couldn't bring herself to even make eye contact with Aether.

"What's wrong, Lumine?" Aether would grab onto her arm and slide down his hand onto hers. "You seem more quiet than usual."
