When he gets to the apartment Aether is quick to get changed to his original clothes, now clean and washed. Heizou looks pouty as he watches the omega and Kazuha is passed out in the couch to even care what's going on.

"Can you tell Xiao what happened when he comes back?" Aether goes over to Kazuha's sleeping body, giving him a goodbye kiss on his cheek. "Kazuha too."

"What about my goodbye kiss?" Heizou follows him to the door and grins when the omega goes for his cheek but ends up kissing his lips when he turns his head. "I'll let them know. I hope you spent it well here."

Aether forces a smile, still a bit shaken up. "Yeah thanks." He gives him a slight shove for the kiss but he really doesn't mind it. "I did."

The alpha nods, "I also want to say to whoever gets to keep you forever in the future a 'god I wish that was me'. You're beautiful Aether, and I hope you know that whatever flaw you think you have is minuscule compared to all the other wonderful traits you have. None of us are perfect." He gives the omega a hug. "I'll see you around in school next time hopefully."

The blonde male is a little taken aback from the sudden softly spoken words to him and he can't help but feel a little touched. No one really says anything like that these days, and god did he really need to hear something like that. It eases his mind a little, pushing those dark thoughts behind for a bit.

"Thank you.." Aether hugs him back and says his goodbyes, hoping the alpha doesn't see just how much his words affected him with the way his eyes are glistening with tears.

The way back home is a little frightening, and he has half a mind to go back and ask that Heizou walk him home but he doesn't want to seem clingy.

He grasps the pepper spray Venti gave him in his pocket, hurrying his pace as if someone was following him. He knows there's no chance but after what happened to him his mind is screaming at him otherwise.

Thankfully he makes it home without a problem. The lights are still on in the house but his parent's aren't home yet and still at work since their vehicles are gone.

There is an unfamiliar one in the driveway, and he briefly wonders who it could be. Maybe a friend of Lumine's? Ajax? He can't recall if the alpha ever brought his car over the other time's he's visited. He also wonders if their relationship has blossomed into something more since he's been gone.

As he walks up the stairs he runs into his sister who's already changed into her pj's. She looks surprised to see him.

"Oh you're back already? How was your week?"

Aether greets her, "Hi.. it was alright. I'm just happy to be back home. Did you miss me?"

She rolls her eyes playfully, "Of course not!" Her eyes widen and he wonders if she's figured something out, "Oh! Ajax has been staying in your room while you were gone. We have a super important project we're working on and it counts for a huge chuck of our grade for the end of this semester. I told mom if he could just stay over for a while and she said he can stay in your room since it's unoccupied... hope you don't mind?"

"It's... fine." Aether's eyebrows furrow, "But where do I stay while he's here?"

Someone clears their throat and they turn to Ajax who's standing in the blonde omega's doorway.

"I can sleep on the floor. Back in my old hometown I was used to sleeping on hard floors so it's fine."

Lumine gives him a look. "You can also take the couch?"
