Chapter 6

Btw since Aether is an omega in this fic he is shorter than most of the other male characters who are alphas. like I know Scaramouche is tiny but like let's pretend he's tall for the sake of the fanfic okay...

Sorry this chapter took so long I was having a huge crisis on how I wanted it to go. so I slapped writers block in the face and wrote whatever.... This is probably my longest chapter yet so yeah...

Lumine doesn't say anything the next morning, but she decides to have breakfast with him and his family before they're off. She still gives him the cold shoulder and whenever Aether tries to say something to her she glares and instead raises her voice and talks to someone else so his voice is drowned out. It's very obvious she still doesn't want to talk to him... why is she doing this?

Sighing, the omega gets up from the table and heads out to walk to school this time. He got up early enough to do so, and this time he didn't forget to put on his perfume.. after yesterday's events he doesn't think he ever will but who knows. He's very forgetful at times and it always comes back to bite him in the ass.

Razor strolls over to him once he's a few blocks close to the school, he lived nearby so they decided to start walking together. Having the alpha as company isn't so bad, and Aether finds his scent very welcoming and safe. It's like being wrapped up in a warm blanket at home, so soft and warm.

As they pass by the hallway Aether sees Albedo once again with that omega girl who's name is Barbara. Razor told him the blonde girl is very popular on Instagram for her charm, and she sometimes aids the school's nurse in helping out injured students; Razor being one of them too many times to count. She's very kind and gentle and alphas love that about her so she has a lot of them coming up to her to confess. She's also very religious but she doesn't really shove it on anyone's faces.

They seem to be flirting again looking at how the blonde girl giggles and twirls her hair. She blushes and looks down at her feet at something Albedo says. Probably complimenting her on her outfit or how pretty she looks...

Well it doesn't matter. Aether isn't worked up about it anymore. He can get any alpha he wanted as well, and if Albedo wanted to flirt with that pretty omega then whatever, it's none of his business.

Aether makes sure to hook his arm onto Razor's, leaning close to the alpha as they pass by the flirting pair. Albedo glances over as they pass and his eyes seem to darken as they zero onto their joined arms, but he quickly snaps back to look at Barbara before she notices what he was looking at.

Razor looks happy at the fact that the omega is holding onto his arm, he slings it around Aether's waist instead and smiles down at the blonde as they continue walking down the hall. The alpha stops in front of Aether's class, waving at the omega before he turned around to head back into his own.

"Aether I didn't know you got a boyfriend." Xiangling, a beta girl he sits next to in his first class, giggles into her hand. She used to see Aether getting dropped off in class by his sister but now it was replaced by a cute alpha... how lucky.

"He's not my boyfriend." Aether blushes as he takes a seat next to the short haired girl, taking out his work for the class as he does.
