*Amber theatrically looks around

Qibli: *Bursts out laughing at winter's shocked and enraged face

*Shadow the nightwing (My other OC) steps out of thin air, less dramatically, but still looking cool

Amber: eh, a couple dozen
*Kinkajou's eyes widen like bloated mangoes (For lack of a better fruit reference)
*Shadow wacks Amber with her tail
Shadow: Stop scaring them! *turns back to JW
Shadow: We were the only ones. And my name is Shadow by the way.
*Amber and Shadow finally notice that the dragonets are all staring at them
*everyone stares at everyone awkwardly until Qibli regains his composure
Qibli: How long have you been watching us invisibly?
Amber: WE WEREN'T WATCHING YOU INVISIBLY!!! WHY WOULD YOU THINK THAT?!?! WHO WOULD DO THAT?!?! AND WHY WOULD-
*Shadow interrupts the long stream of accusations and questions
Shadow: We teleported in from an alternate universe
*Shocked silence
Turtle: So is one of you an animus?
*Shadow and Amber look at each other
Shadow: Sort of...
Amber: Ummm...
Shadow: We're both kinda animuses...
Moon: Wait, but aren't animuses supposed to be super rare?
Shadow: Well, as you probably know, the animus power is genetic, so if two dragons of different tribes had eggs together, and one of those dragons relatives was an animus-
*Amber interrupts
Amber: We're sisters!
Everyone: Silence
Winter: But how?...
Kinkajou: YOU TWO?...
Qibli: Aren't hybrids supposed to look like.... well..... Hybrids??
Shadow: *Facetalon, turns to Amber
Shadow: THIS is why we don't just blurt that kind of stuff out!
Amber: But their reactions are sooo funny *giggles
Shadow: Okay listen, our aunt Starspeaker was an animus, her brother and our father Nightstar married our mother Fennec and had eggs, WE are those eggs. With me so far?
*Everyone, including Amber out of habit, nods
Shadow: We don't know why we don't look more like hybrids. But instead of us either getting the animus power or not getting it, we got a more limited version of it. I have to write my spells down for them to work and Amber... *Sigh
Shadow: Amber has to smash fruit on the thing she wants to enchant
Amber: FOR EXAMPLE *Amber grabs mango off the floor and smashes it on Shadow's head
Amber: I enchant this dragon to shut up and let me do the rest of the explaining!
*Shadow's mouth snaps shut with an audible click and she glares at Amber
Amber: Okie, any other questions?
Winter: Yeah, why are you here? Or is it just to bother us?
