What Now?

Jasper's POV

After I calm myself down, I decided to call Mitch
"Mitch?"

Mitch's POV

I could tell in her voice that something was wrong.
"Jasper?"
"I need you"
Something was definitely wrong
"Where are you?"
"Don't worry, I'll come to your house"
"Okay, well I want you to stay on the phone with me"

She finally arrived at my house. We went up to my room and laid down in my bed.
"Can you tell me what happened now?"
She explained that her parents basically threw her out of the house, with really no explanation.
"They said that just because I'm 18 I have to leave. But, I know that's not the reason. There has to be something else"

I couldn't believe it. I don't understand. Her parents are so nice, and caring.

"I don't know what I'm gonna do Mitch"

She looks at me with tears in her eyes
I pull her closer to my chest and rest my chin on her head.
"I'll take care of you" I continued " you can stay here with me"
She looked up at me with sad eyes. I could tell she was trying to smile, but she was too hurt to.
"Let me go and talk to my parents, I'll ask them what they think is best"

She nods and I walk downstairs to find my mom and dad sitting in the living room.
"Mom, dad?"
"Yeah?" They say simultaneously.
"Jaspers parents just push Her out into the streets, with no warning. She has no place to go. I'm really worried about her" I say trying to calm myself down.

"Oh my gosh" my mom says in shock.
"Is it okay if she stays here?" I ask looking at the floor.
"Of course" my dad says.
I sigh in relief

"Does she need anything? Is she okay?" My mom asks.
"Yes she's fine, I can go ask her" I walk back upstairs.

"Jem?"
"Yeh?"
"You can stay here with us for as long as you'd like"
"Oh and my mom wanted to know if you needed anything"

Jasper's POV

Mitch's parents are so sweet. He's lucky to have parents like them.
"No, I'm fine. Tell her I said thank you though"
He walks back downstairs.

Should I tell him about the comments I saw? No. I don't want him to know that I'm upset about it.

He comes back up.
"You hungry?" He knows that I'm always hungry. So I just nod.
He motions me to follow him, so I do.

He goes and makes us Grilled Cheese and tomato soup. It's one of my favorite meals to eat when I'm upset.

Mitch's mom gives me a hug, along with his dad.
"Thank you for letting me stay here" I say trying to smile.
"It's no problem hun" Mrs.Hughes says.
I go sit down at the kitchen table and Mitch brings me my food.
"Thanks for everything Mitch" he just smiled at me and grabs my hand. He locks his fingers into mine.

After we finish eating, we went back up to his room. He turned on How to Train Your Dragon, one of my all time favorite movies. We laid in bed and cuddled. Not too long after I fell fast asleep.

When I woke up, Mitch still had his arms wrapped around my waist. I turned and bopped him on the nose.
He grunted, but then opened his eyes.
"Good morning" he says to me
"Morning"
I get up and brush my hair and teeth.
I go out to my car and bring in a bag of clothes.
I change into a black T-shirt and throw on some dark blue skinny jeans.
I walk into Mitch's room and he has on jeans and sweat-shirt.

He throws a different sweat-shirt at me.
I give him a confused look.
"It's yours now" he says with a smile.
I shrug and put it on.
Secretly I always thought it would be amazing to have your boyfriends sweatshirt. I always fantasized about it for some reason. To me it just seems like, if you aren't with them, then you can put on the sweatshirt and it feels like they are hugging you, without even being there.

I follow him down to the basement
"You gonna record?"
"Yep" he continued "do you wanna record with me?"
I was shocked
"Yeah!"
I took out my laptop and opened up minecraft and Skype.
