Chapter 15

Hayes' POV

When we got back to Sarah's house, we went straight to her room and started packing. I sat on her bed while she got her suit case out.
"Babe, did you even ask your mom if you can come?"
"Actually I did last night. I started thinking about going last night, and she said I can. Aslong as I keep in touch with her everyday."
I couldn't keep myself from smiling.
"Ok which bikini should I bring? I like this one cause it's cute, but it's tight on my neck, and the other one isn't as cute, but more comfortable." She shows me both.
"Bring both. We're there for 2 weeks anyway so we will probably be swimming a lot."
"True. So who's all going on tour?"
She came and sat down beside me.
"Me, nash, Matthew, Taylor, Cameron, jack,jack, Aaron and mahogany. Mainly the usual, but some can't make it. Oh, and Nash is also bringing his new "friend" " I did the quotation marks with my fingers cause Ya know, it's probably Nash's new girlfriend..
"Have you met her?"
"I think once, but never talked. She was at your party. I think you talked to her."
"Oh, I don't remember much." She laughed.
She got back up and kept packing.

Sarah's POV

Once I finished packing, Hayes and I went skateboarding. It was about 5;00 pm ish and the sun was already setting.
"Come here you."
Hayes said trying to skateboard beside me. He eventually did and grabbed my hand.
"How about we go to the beach?"
"Sounds good"
Once we arrived, Hayes covered my eyes.
"Hayes, what were you doing?"
"It's a surprise for your birthday"
We stopped walking and he removed his hands from my eyes. I opened my eyes to see a blanket with candles and..... MORE MCDONALDS?!?
"Hayes!!! Oh my gosh this is perfect. I love it!..... I love you" I jumped onto him and wrapped my arms and legs around him and squeezed him tightly.
"I love you too baby girl."
He also hugged me. When we let go, we went and sat on the blanket. I'd say the sun was just about down, and it was gorgeous.
"SHOOT!"
"What?!?"
Hayes freaked out cause he had no idea what was wrong.
"I didn't even get a plane ticket!"
Hayes sighed in relief.
"Are you happy about it or something?"
I let out a little giggle, but was also serious.
"I thought it was something serious."
"Um hello?! This is serious!!"
"Sarah, I have an extra plane ticket incase you changed your mind."
I punched him in the arm and got up and walked along the shore. Hayes ran and caught up. "You could of told me sooner instead of making me look like an idiot!"
"You never look like an idiot. Your beautiful all the time."
How does he do that? Just changes my mind at any point of the day. I turned to face Hayes and he quickly kissed me, and then ran and hid behind some bushes.
"Hayes! I'm not playing so you can come out!"
Still no reply.
"Hayes!"
Nothing.
"Alright, I guess I'll go swimming myself"
No answer still.
"I guess I'll streak since I don't have a bathing suit."
I took two steps into the water and Hayes came running out. He ran up to me, flipped me into his shoulder, and we both went into the water.
We fooled around and splashed eachother for a while.
Once we got out, we realized we had nothing to dry us, so we just laid down on the blanket.
"It's s-so cold" I was shivering.
Hayes pulled me into his arms, and did he ever have a lot of body heat. I didn't even know it was even possible. He was like on fire, but yet again, he is smoking hot 😍 We stared at the stars for a while.
I checked my phone, and it was 9:12pm.
"We should get going."
I tapped Hayes on the stomach.
"I shall walk you home"
He got up and helped me up.
"Well duh, cause your staying the night." He looked at me and kissed me on the cheek.
We grabbed the blanket and candles and put it in a bag. We skateboarded home.
When we got in, Hayes went straight to my room while I grabbed a drink. Mom was in the kitchen too.
"Is Hayes staying the night?"
"Yeah, if that's fine?"
"Yeah it's fine. So your going to Nashville on the tour tomorrow?"
"Yes. Flight leaves around 10, so we have to be there for about, 8 ish. "
"In the morning?"
"Yeppers"
"Alright, well I'm going to bed. Don't stay up too late. Happy birthday again little girl. I love you." She kissed my head and went to her room.
I grabbed the drinks and went upstairs.
When I went in my room, Hayes was taking his shirt off.
"Well damn. I think I might need your drink." I winked and he laughed and kissed me.
We got into bed, and I put some music on my stereo but it was quiet so we could fall asleep.
"Thank you for today Hayes. It was one of the best birthdays in my life."
He kissed my forehead.
"Your welcome baby"
"Goodnight"
I cuddled into him and closed my eyes.
"Goodnight."
"I love you."
"I love you too."
And we fell asleep.
