Chapter 21

I woke up that night, and it was about 9:00 pm. I hear a knock on my door, and when I go to open it, it was Shawn. "Hey! I didn't know you were changing rooms." Ohhh, I didn't tell Shawn yet. Should I wait?.. No.. He's my bestfriend.
"Well, I told Hayes we need to take a break. Even though it's been like 2 and a half weeks. The thing is, I still don't really know how he is when it comes to ex girlfriends and old relationships. I guess I'm trying to say... That I don't know if I can fully trust him. And I may be over reacting, but what's he's shown me lately is quite enough of what I need to see right now." I unpack my things, and continue to talk. "And Jasmine and Holly seemed like really nice girls. I thought we could have been friends, but, Jasmine made it clear she doesn't want me near her or Hayes. And Holly is like Jasmine's follower. She would be so nice, and I don't get why she's letting Jasmine get to her.. I'd understand if Hayes went with Holly instead of Jasmine. And als-"
Shawn cut me off.
"Sar, you gotta stop thinking about that. You just need to trust Hayes. A break is fine too. It also means you can see how he still treats you even though you's aren't together, and see what he does with other girls. Afterwards you will know to trust him or not." I couldn't help but smile and give him a big hug. "Oh I love you so much Shawn" he giggled and hugged me tightly. As we were hugging, Nash bursts in my room. "SARAH". Me and Shawn let go of eachother. "What?!"
"What's wrong with Hayes?? And why are you in a different room, and hugging Shawn and everything?" We all paused, and I debated on whether I should explain it to him just yet. Nash gave me a surprised look. "Did you cheat on him with Shawn?!?" I took a deep breath in, cause everything was spinning and my head was pounding. The next thing I know is that Nash is now on top of Shawn getting ready to hit him. "NASH NO STOP IT!" I ran in between them and stopped them. "Then what happened?!"
"I TOLD HAYES WE NEEDED A BREAK!" He looked at me confused. Shawn sat up on the bed, fixing his hoodie. "Why a break? You guys were fine."
"Yeah, well I guess I was the only one who didn't feel that way."
Nash pulled me into a Chair and we both sat down.
"Well what happened?"
"Hayes just acts weird now ever since these two girls, Jasmine and Holly, shows up. They told me that they had a special relationship with him, and one of them is gunna get him back, and Hayes told me they were only fans at first until I forced him to tell me. I saw him hugging Jasmine , he texts them all night, and just wait cause I'm sure there is more to come. Now go ahead and tell everyone of the guys, and go and support Hayes. " I whipped a tear off of my face. "Come on. Both of you's. We're going out." Nash grabbed his keys. "Where are we going?" Shawn got up slowly walking to the door. "For a drive, anywhere really."
My stomach started twisting.
"I'm not really feeling up to it today Nash. I'm sorry. But maybe tomorrow? I was kind of hoping to have some sleep." Nash nodded. "I understand. Call me, or Shawn if you need anything. I won't bother with Hayes either. I'm by your side 50% and Hayes too. I can't do that to my little brother, but at the same time your one of my best friends. I'm just telling you right now, I will not get into it with Hayes, even if you ask me too. He can deal with it himself. Now, I'm gunna go because I've already said too much." He smiled and he gave me a hug. He and Shawn left.

3 Days Later
(Sorry for the long skip, didn't have anything planned until a few days after 😋)
Hayes' POV
It's been 3 whole days that I haven't talked to Sarah. She said we needed a break, but I don't really get it. Did she mean like not speaking kind of break, or not being friends, or something like that. But I do miss her and I need to apologize.
*buzz buzz* I checked my phone and got a text from Jasmine.
Jasmine😄- hey you 😉 wanna chill today with Holly and I? We're going to the beach:)
Me- depends on the time
Jasmine- um, whenever you'd like.
Me- name a time and I'll possibly go 😝
Jasmine- in about an hour I guess?
Me- sure(: see you soon.
Jasmine- 😘

I walked to cam and Nash's room.
"Hey, can one of yous drive me to the beach in an hour?"
"Why? Who are you meeting up with?" Nash looked pretty serious and mad about something.
"Jasmine and Holly."
"Sorry I can't. I have plans with Sarah and Shawn today." Nash walked away eating his lunch. I looked at Cam.
"Sure. I'll drive you. "
"Thanks."
I headed back to my room, and I bump into Sarah in the hallway. "Oh, sorry." She had a small smile, that she obviously faked. She continued walking past me. "Sarah wait" she stopped and turned around and looked at me. "Do y-you wanna hangout sometime today?" I scratched the back off my head. "Sorry, I have plans with Nash and Shawn." She slowly walked backwards and then turned around and quickly walked into Nash's room.
When I got into my room, I changed into my shorts, and went to Nash's room so Cam could drive me. Sarah and Nash were fooling around, until they both saw me. "Ready?" Cameron grabbed his keys. "Mhm" I smiled and we left.
Sarah's POV
Today, Nash, Shawn and I planned on going to the beach. Hayes said he was going to meet some friends there, but whatever. Hayes already left with Cameron, so it was just me and Nash.
"Have you talked to Hayes yet?" Nash was making a sandwich. "Um no.."
He brought me a sandwich. "Thanks".
"Your going to have to talk to him eventually." He sat down and ate his sandwich. "I know, but I don't think I'm ready. He asked me to hangout with him today, but I turned him down." Shawn walked in and sat on the bed. We both looked at him. "Continue your conversation" Shawn said and went on his phone. "Anyways, yeah"
"Well, do what you want. It's your life. But you told him yous were taking a break. You never said anything permanently."
"Yeah, I know. I'm just taking things day by day."
"Can we go now? It's really hot and I wanna go for a swim." Shawn said in such excitement. Nash and I laughed and we headed off to the beach.
Holly's POV
We were at the beach waiting for Hayes. It's so nice out ☀️
"Shit, there's Hayes. Does this bikini make me look hot?" Jasmine said turning around showing me her swimsuit. "Yup". "Thanks! Now go get us some lemonade at the stand over there. But don't come back until you see me waving my hand. Got it?" I nodded and walked away. Why does she have to be so bossy.. "Hey Holly" I walk past Hayes with a smile.
I get to the stand and see Sarah, Nash, and Shawn. Sarah noticed me, and I waved. She waved back. "Hi can I get 3 glasses of lemonade please?" The girl handed me to lemonade and I handed her 3 dollars. I see Sarah walking over to me. Or to get lemonade. She smiles at me and asks for lemonade. While waiting, she talks to me. "Hey you."
I don't know if Jasmine would want me to talk to her. I look at Jasmine but she was to busy flirting with Hayes. Fuck it. "Hey" I smiled. "You know, you don't need Jasmine doing that to you. Bossing you around and demanding you to listen to everything she says" I think she saw me looking at Jasmine. "I know, it's just, she's my best friend, and I do love her, but she has a really bad, bad side that you don't wanna get on." She grabs her lemonades. "I'd like to see that side. " I laughed a bit. " hey, why don't you come hang with us. Looks like Jasmine doesn't really care, and seems to busy at the moment." I look over at her and Hayes. I turn back at Sarah and nod. We walk over to Nash and Shawn. She introduces us to eachother. Shawn is really cute. So is Nash. But Shawn.. Ouf.
Jasmine's POV
So me and Hayes are having a good time. Flirting and stuff. And then I see Holly and.... Sarah?? With Nash and Shawn. Sarah and Holly keep looking back here. Like they have nothing to look at.. Or do they??
"You are so cute" I laugh and flirt with Hayes. "Well thank you" he laughs and winks. I grab is hands and put it around my waist, and I out
My hands over his shoulders and I kiss him. It last for about 5-10 seconds. When I opened my eyes, I don't see Sarah anywhere, but I see Holly walking over. "Um, well thanks for today. But I should go now. I'll talk to you later. "Hayes grabs his stuff and leaves.
Sarah's POV
After I gave Holly my number, I look up to see Hayes and Jasmine kissing. It was a long one. "Ok I'll see you guys later" I say, and get up, and rush back to the hotel. I get in my room, and I jump onto my bed and get under my covers. I feel like I'm gunna cry, but there's no tears. So I sat there in silence. About 5 minutes later, I hear loud knocks on the door. "Nobody's here right now!"
"Sar, it's me. We need to talk"
Hayes. I don't really feel like talking. But, might as well get it done and over with. I opened the door and 'welcomed' him in. He came in. "So um, how was your day with Nash and Shawn?" Like he cares.. "Not that good. We were drinking some lemonade on the beach, and then tanned and thought we'd go for a swim, but I saw something that made me feel sick so I came here. How was your day?" I sat on my bed and go back under the covers. "No.... You-" "yeah. Yeah I did. I saw everything Hayes." He sat on the end of the bed.
"That's why I came here. To tell you what happened."
"Well you know, you could have stayed there and experience her tongue down her throat." He turn towards me and looked pissed off.
"Are you trying to make me feel like shit even more? Atleast I was gunna tell you! I even thought about you! I'm literally trying here! I don't see you trying. I'm giving 110% and I see none from you. I want this so bad Sarah and-"
"-and what? I don't? Hayes I want this to work as much as you do! Maybe even more! And I needed a break because of a situation you got yourself into. I shouldn't have to try to do anything except ignore it. I tried 120% for that. " we both just stared at eachother. "I don't like her Sarah. Nor do I love her." He stood up and came and sat beside me. He put his hand on my cheek. "Because I love you. And I am going to continue how much I love you. I'm going to fight for us. I won't even go see Jasmine or Holly if that's what you want. And I'm sorry if you don't trust me, but I'll show you that you will eventually."
"Hayes I trust you. I don't trust her. And Holly is such a nice beautiful girl, and she's Jasmine's bitch. She's using her and making her her toy, and I feel so bad for her. She's literally doing everything to get you back." Hayes now got into bed and laid beside me holding me. "And I'm going to do everything to get you back. No more Jasmine. I promise. And then you will be mine." We smiled and I kissed him. "I am yours" he smiled and kissed me again. We both laid back, closed our eyes, and took off to la la land.
