[Happiness is a butterfly]
Taehyung remembers when he was young. When he was a kid he would hide inside the box in his backyard. He would daydream all day long and dream all night.
He misses those times. The times where he could just stuck in his mind all day. Not caring about the world. Not caring about anything. Even when he was in pain, he could choose to ignore it.
Now, he can't. Now, he knows fully well that his pain is more than capable of hurting others. Especially the people who he loves and who love him.
Taehyung knows he can't run away nor hide from it anymore. There isn't any box he could run to to hide. He is sared. No scratch that. He is terrified.
He has killed someone and even if that person is not dead, he has a terrible thought of killing him and he had attempted to do so. He chuckles from the sheer ridiculousness of the situation. Did the past him know that he would grow up a killer, a nasty person, a bad news?
"Taehyung-sii."
The police man who is sitting across the desk, calls out to him. Taehyung looks up at him, without saying anything.
They are sitting in an interogation room right now, not because they do not want any other officers who has nothing to do with this case to crowd around Taehyung and makes him more anxious than he already is. The police is trying to get Taehyung to answer questions so they can solve the case easier and sooner.
"I know that you're in a difficult situation, I know you're in shock. But we need to know what on earth is happening, Taehyung-sii."
It is not because of the fact that Taehyung is the member of one of the most famous boy group in Korea, it's because it is such a disturbing case that the police man is speaking so calmly and so sympathetically.
It's not frequent to find a case where the victim fights hard for their safety hard enough that they almost kill the kidnapper. This might be one of the most traumatizing experience the male idol has ever faced and it makes the police pities Taehyung.
Even so, Taehyung refuses to speak. His eyes are empty of emotion and his head ia hanging low. Looking at his feet instead of the police.
The officer grows anxious and he starts tapping the desk with his pen. He was trying to write down Taehyung's testimony, but at this point he doesn't think he will get any.
Time is ticking. Both sit in silence, waiting for someone to bring news. The police keeps staring at Taehyung, trying to find a way to make him talk. Or at least, to calm him down.
"Taehyung-ah," he calls out. He starts using informal language, just to ease Taehyung's nerves.
Taehyung's body gives a small jolt. Surprise at the sudden change of honorific.
"You know it wasn't your fault, don't you?"
Silence fills the room again. Just when the police thinks it's not going to work, Taehyung's body begins shaking.
This cause the officer to panic.
"Taehyung-ah. It's fine. You are in a shock and you're kidnapped. It is just a self defense."
He tries to peek at Taehyung's face but can't really get a good look of it since Taehyung is hanging his head so low.
"I just want to be happier. I just want to be.. be..." Taehyung sobs are getting louder and louder.

The members are watching from the observation room. They have just arrived ten minutes ago and has been informed that Taehyung is being interogated.
