"What do you mean? My mother? She disappeared the moment I was born...."
I look at him and say
"I know, that's what I told her and she did in fact dissapear but she isn't dead. We all know she is like you, so what if she is on the planet she gave me? What if she is waiting for you to find her?"
He shakes his head scoffing and in denial as he says
"Wait? What planet?"
I say
"Tiburu or planet K2-18b"
He looks at me completely shocked and says
"Ok but why would she talk to you? Why not me?"
I can hear the pain in his voice and hold his hand as I say
"Our connection, it brought us closer then we thought"
He looks at me and plants a kiss on my forehead. He says
"Of course, that makes sense"
As soon as he plants another kiss on my forehead, the truck stops and I look around to see we are at the airport. Namia says
"Come on you lovebirds, if we stay here for too long, Cain might come and look for us."
I nod as Xerxes lets go of me and we get it if the truck while taking our luggage. We park it in a distant parking because I seriously doubt it will see it's owner again. We enter the airport as Xerxes whispers
"Fulani mayani"
I look into his hands to see exactly six passports appear in his hands. He whispers loud enough for all six of us to hear
"Our passports"
He hands them all to us and David, Noal and Xerxes step up to the cashier. The cashier says
"Good afternoon, where to?"
David says
"Athen, Greece"
She smiles and says
"May I ask what's the occasion?"
"He smiles and says
"Bachelorette and Bachelor party."
She smiles and says
"That's great, you have a good time"
David smiles at her charmingly and I look over at Namia to see her veins popping on her neck. Oooh she pissed. I refuse to believe they aren't in love with each other. We leave the counter and go to check our bags near the scanner. An officer stops us and says
"Bags on the counter"
We obey and Namia whispers something in his ear that makes him go pale. He says
"Your free to go"
I smirk at Namia as she smirks back at me. I whisper
"Cain?"
She smirks and says
"Cain"
I smirk as Miza walks towards us and says
"Had a dream yesterday?"
I smile at her and say
"A vision?"
She nods and I say
"What was it about?"
She says
"I saw Xerxes holding a man's discouraged head while you were stabbing his body."
Namia looks at her and says
"What did he look like?"
She says
"Caucasian, piercing green eyes, bald head"
She smirks and says
"Well that is Cain"
Miza smirks and says
"Good"
We walk together in unison towards Gate 5, which leads us to the plane we need to take to go to Greece. We walk towards the boys who are sitting near the gate looking at our paperwork. Xerxes smiles at me and takes my hand. He pulls me over to sit on his lap which I happily agree. He gives me pecks and kisses all over my neck as I giggle. However though, he goes back to being concentrated on the paperwork with David and Noal. I see a nice looking flight attendant smiling at me kinda shy and I smile at him kindly. I see his cheeks start to redden as I hear Xerxes growl jealously. He puts his hands around my waist, proving his ownership over me while the poor boy looks at the floor, clearly afraid of Xerxes' reaction. Xerxes gives me a bunch of kisses on my neck and I whisper
"Why did you scare the poor boy?"
He whispers possesively
"Your mine.."
He keeps planting kisses on my neck while whispering
"Mine....and you will always be, we can't have that boy thinking otherwise"
I roll my eyes and he keeps planting kisses. We hear over the microphone
"ANYONE FLYING FROM PORTUGAL TO GREECE PLEASE MAKE YOUR WAY TO GATE 5. THE PLANE HAS ARRIVED AND WE WILL BE LEAVING SHORTLY"
We get up and go to the gate entrance to have our ticket examined. Once they are, we are allowed in the plane and thankfully get to be at the back of the plane. Being at the back of the plane means that not only are we all together but we can discuss the plan. We sit down and wait for the other passengers to install themselves. Thankfully however, even though we are at the very back of the plane. The two rows in front of us from our left and right are empty, so we don't have to worry about people overhearing us. We huddle up and Xerxes speaks first
"Ok so now that we are on our way to Greece, what is the address of that friend of yours?"
David speaks out and says
"I actually don't know, she said that she would bring drivers to pick us up."
I look at him and say
"If that's the plan, we need to be prepared for anything."
David looks at me and smiles reassuringly
"Dear she is a friend of mine, she would not betray us"
I look at him sincerely and smile slightly as I say
"You don't get betrayed by your enemies. Besides, you would be surprised what people would do for money or power. I have faith in your judgement David but we can't afford to lower our guards down."
He nods acknowledging my comment and says
"Your right, one must always be prudent"
I smile and Xerxes says
"Very well, let's rest"
Everyone nods agreeing and we relax and take a break, lord knows what lies ahead. We can't afford to be tired
