Shawn and I have decided to just be friends, best friends. He's gonna be on tour in Europe and I'll be here in the US. Well, I guess I'm okay with us being friends, but I like him. Which makes this even worse, because today we have to drop Shawn off at the airport. "Bella! Are you done?!" Cam yelled, knocking the bathroom door. "We have to leave soon." He said. "Yeah. I'll be out in a minute." I say. I finish doing my hair and makeup and get out of the bathroom. "Hey Bella, breakfast's on the table." Mahogany says walking past me. "Okay." I mumble. I go around the corner of the bathroom to get to the kitchen. And the first person I see? Shawn.
"Hey Bella." Shawn says, almost choking on his milk. I laugh a little. "Hey Shawn." I reply back. I take a seat across from him and start eating. "Sooo. Today's the big day, huh." I say. "Yeah." He says fiddling with his fingers. "Why you nervous?" I ask. "Well... I don't wanna disappoint anyone." He says. "Shawn. You'll be fine." I say, placing my hand on top of his. I pull my hand away and start eating again. "I'll miss you." He lightly whispers, thinking I wouldn't be able to hear him. "Shawn. I'll miss you too, but we can still text. We can still talk and facetime each other." I say. He looks down. I stand up and walk towards him. I sit on his lap and stare into his eyes. "What if I'm not good enough?" He questions. "Shawn. Look at me. You're talented, you're funny, you're sweet, you're awkward , in a good way, and many more things." I say. He blushes, causing me to go red too. "Thanks Bella." He says. I kiss him on the cheek and then look down. We sit for a few seconds until I feel his soft lips on mine. It all happened in a flash. I pulled away and looked at him. "I'm gonna miss that." I say blushing. "Me too." He whispers pressing our foreheads against each other. "We should go." I say getting up. He nods and gets up from his seat. I knock on the bathroom door to tell Cam that we're leaving and then Shawn and I head out together.
*skip car ride*
When we arrived at the airport, we helped Shawn with his luggages. We walk to his gate and wait until his flight gets called. He stands there fiddling with his bracelet(I got it for his birthday)then he turns around towards me. He walks over and stands really close to me. He's so tall compared to me, he's practically a giant. He towers over me and cups my face in his hands. "I'll miss you." He says. "I'll miss you too." I whisper. He leans in and his soft lips touch mine. {Luckily no one was really here.} I pull away and open my eyes to find his brown eyes staring into mine. I go on my tiptoes and wrap my arms around him. I feel his hands slip around my waist and he hugs back. "Flight number 537 now boarding." We hear the loud speaker say. We pull away and we walk him to the door. "You'll do great. They'll love you." I say. "I'll call you." He whispers, then he walks through the door. "Bye Shawn." We yell. He turns around and waves at us, we wave back. Then we walk back to the car and drive to the hotel. I was really quiet the ride back. I looked out the window and watched the scenery. Then my phone buzzes. Two texts. One from Mahogany and one from... Hayes.

(Mahogany❤️💋: hey. r u ok?)
(Hayes✌️💕: hey. can we talk?)

Mahogany❤️💋: hey. r u ok?
Me: yea. why
Mahogany❤️💋: well.i saw the way you were looking at Shawn....
Me: yeah......
Mahogany❤️💋: don't worry. he'll be back before ya know it😉
Me: yeah. 'til then, we have the August sun to ourselves

Me: Hayes just texted me....

When we got back to the hotel, Cam and Nash pulled me aside. "What?" I asked, a little pissed off. "Nothing. Just wanted to see if you're okay." Nash replies. "I'm fine." I sniff a little. "Bella. You don't sound fine to me." Cam says. "I don't know what to do." I say, collapsing in a pool of tears. Nash and Cam hug me. Nash picks me up and brings me over to the bed. "What happened?" Cam asks. "Hayes asked me if I would rather be with him or wait for Shawn." I say. "Well..." Nash says. "Well. There's really no point in waiting for Shawn. Once he's finished with his tour in Europe, he'll probably tour Asia or something." I say. "So." Cam says. "I'm gonna get back together with Hayes." I say. I get up and walk to him. "Hayes!" I yell. "Yeah?!" He yells back. "I choose you." I say. His smile widens and he picks me up and twirls me around in the air. He puts me down, hugs me and kiss me.
My life is pure perfection now.
