We landed in LA and then he took me to the safehouse where my parents were.I walked in there and I saw my dad first."It's you again?!Why do you even keep us here?!Who's the guest?!"

"You don't get to ask those questions to me and you sure as hell don't get to raise your voice at her."Then my mother showed up."Oh,you'e back.First time you brought someone with you."

I sighed."Hey mom.Hey dad."They both went pale."Is Damien here too?!One of you finally managed to find us!Finally one of you proved themselves useful!Oh my beau-"

I had to cut them off."WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU TWO?!I'M STANDING IN FRONT OF YOU AND YOU DON'T EVEN RECOGNIZE YOUR OWN DAUGHTER?!HOW FUCKING SICK ARE YOU TWO?!"

"YOU DON'T RAISE-"Roman cut in."THE ONLY REASON YOU TWO ARE ALIVE IS BECAUSE SHE STILL CARES ABOUT YOU TWO ASSHOLES!SO I WOULD SHUT UP IF I WERE YOU!"

I scoffed."You know,I'm not even mad at you two.I was never going to be good enough.I was weak and I didn't have enough courage to stand up for myself.Now I do and I don't need you two!"

"We are your parents,you will always need us!As you said,you are weak!You are-"I cut her off and turned to Roman."You need to leave.You won't like it.You'll hate it more than I will."

He scoffed."Like hell I'm leaving you al-""I wasn't asking!Roman,leave!"He didn't even move an inch.I pushed him out the door."LEAVE!For once,just do as I say so you won't do things you'll regret."

He left and I turned to my parents."I am not that whiny bitch I used to be.So you two better start listening.I don't care how old the fuck you are or who you are to me.I will not be crushed because of you two ever again."

"I am sick and tired of everything you two ever put me through.Damien and I busted our asses off to please you two.So,don't fucking try me.I'm not that weak girl I used to be."

"What are you even doing with Moretti,Cordelia?"I smirked."He happens to be my husband,dad."I rolled my eyes."Not that you would care to know."

They both backed away."Since when are you back,anyways?You weren't supposed to come back.At all."I rolled my eyes."I came back before the summer started.So about 8 months."

"You bitch!"She tried to slap me and I stopped her."Mom,don't."I threw her hand away."I don't care about anything at this point.I have so very little to lose and you two are not a part of it."

I came out of the house and stood in front of the door."Fuck."I felt his hands wrap their way around my body and he leaned in to kiss my neck."What did they say?"

"They won't be saying a lot for a while.I'm ok.""You're not weak.You're strong and you are perfect the way you are.Not your fault that they can't appreciate you."

"I love you Roman.""I know you do,amore,I love you too."I sighed in relief."We can leave.""Let's go to the penthouse.We'll leave tomorrow."I turned around."Thank you for doing this."

We came to the penthouse and I got into my pjs."Roman?"Then I got to the door.I saw him paying to the take out delivery guy."MY FAVORITE NOODLE!"

He gave the bag to the guard as I jumped on him."Thank you.Thank you.Thank you!""I bet you're starving.Let's eat."We got to eating and it was going good.

Until there was a knock on the door."Guards'll take it."I nodded and we kept eating."Where are we going for the honeymoon?""Where do you want to go?"

"Bali sounds nice right about now.I don't know why.Besides,it's at the south and it's actually summer over there unlike us."

"Bali it is then.I'll text Basilio."Then the guard came in."Mr.Moretti,it's Mrs.Moretti's brother.He's unarmed and he says he just wants to talk.What shall we do?"

"Do you want to talk to him?""Not today.Can we leave next week for Bali?"He nodded."Send him away."After we ate,we took a shower and got ready for bed.

"Can you put some cream at my back?"He got the cream and put it over my back tattoo.It's the family tattoo and it's a majestic female dragon.Wings wide open,soaring through the sky.

Because Roman has my name at his back,his dragon head is on his chest,blending in with the shoulder tattoo he has.Both of his arms are fully covered anyways.

"Thank you."I put my shirt back on and laid in bed next to him."I know he won't be able to take me away from you but...Even if it's temporarily,I don't like it."

He kissed my forehead and started stroking my hair as he made me snuggle into his neck."You have nothing to worry about.I'll always find a way to get you back."

"I know.And I trust you.I still don't like the idea of it."He tightened his grip."No one touches my woman,nor does any one dares to think about it.Alright?"

I nodded."Alright."I kissed his neck and hugged him back tighter."I love how possessive you can get when it comes to me.""If it's up to me,I'd lock you up in a secluded place for only my eyes to devour."

"I like the idea but I'd be bored on my own when you leave for work.""Imagine that I didn't have to go to work."I smiled."That'd be way nicer.You'd have me all to yourself."

He smirked."That's the best part of it all.I know,it'd be amazing.I was wondering.Where should we go after Bali.I was thinking Maldives."I nodded."If we stay in Bali for like two weeks,it'd be cool."

"Two weeks in Bali and then we are off to Maldives.I cannot wait to see you in a bikini again.Believe me,then we'll never get to leave the room."

"What about the sea?I want to get in the water.""I'm telling you that we will never make it out of the room.What sea?!"I looked up at him."Hold your horses for a couple hours."
