Taeyong got up his bed after snapping out of his thoughts. He should go and have some dinner. After he dress up, changing into something casual, he goes into the kitchen to get something to eat. A cold dinner wouldn't hurt. He's lazy to warm it up anyway.

He opened the fridge and grabbed something he wants to eat. He also grabbed a cold drink. When he stepped back, he jolted when he saw his mother coming in.

"Oh, you didn't go out for a night drive?" she asked.

Taeyong shook his head, "Tired."

"Yeah, too tired that you can't even warm up your food."

The boy shrugged.

She went to grab a cold drink as well, pouring it in to her glass, "Jaehyun's been doing well. He's very responsive with the homeworks I'm giving him. Have you heard?"

"It's been a while since I visited. I was busy," Taeyong excused.

"Well, I thought you just wanted to hear it."

The boy nodded, "I'm happy for him. I'm still texting his aunt too."

"You should take a visit," she said.

"When I get some time, I will."

Taeyong goes into his room to eat there. He placed his plate and glass on his study table before he took a seat. He already took a bite before he grabbed his portfolio where he'll be writing down what happened in work, just for documentation. He has to pass this by the end of the semester so instead of doing it last minute, he does it every night. Also, he doesn't have anything else to do. He just has to keep himself busy.

Then his phone suddenly rang.

It made his heart dropped from the sudden chime. Taeyong sighed before he grabbed his phone beside and his eyes widened at the name written on his screen.

"H-Hello, Ms. Jung?"

"Is it too late to ask you to come over?"

Taeyong's too surprised that he can't talk but he just slapped himself, "No...No, of course not. What is it about, Ms. Jung?"

"Well, Jaehyun wants to see you."

"...eh?"

"Was it too sudden? He keeps asking me if I could call and invite you here. This boy's getting whiny and pushy, just so you know."

The boy hummed, feeling his cheeks heating up, "R-Really? Does he mean that?"

"That's what he told me."

Taeyong looked at the clock and didn't hesitate to answer, "I'll be there in three minutes, Ms. Jung."

"Okay. Please tell your mother."

"I will."

The boy immediately ate, leaving his portfolio waiting and thought about doing it tomorrow, before he stood to grab a hoodie. He comes out of his room with his plate and glass, and fortunately, his mother was in the living room, watching the television. Upon noticing her son's presence, she looked and furrowed her eyebrows at him, confused why he's somehow dressed.

"I'm just going to Jaehyun's," Taeyong uttered directly, not wanting to waste more time. He was quite excited.

She nodded, "Okay, but be back before an hour."

The boy smiled, "I will, I promise."

Taeyong then grabbed the car keys and went out, happily.

Pulling in the empty lot, Taeyong made sure he locked the vehicle before he walked towards the apartment. He didn't think twice and just knocked on the door, huffing out to calm himself. His heart was pounding too loud that it's annoying. Atleast, he'll be able to see him again. It was nice to be here.

Countless times, he misses him.

"Oh, Taeyongie, good to see you again," Ms. Jung greeted when she opened the door, smiling back at the boy.

"It's good to be back."

"I would love to invite you in but Jaehyun's in the rooftop," she uttered.

Taeyong's eyebrows raised, "Oh...Okay. I'll meet him there then. Good night, Ms. Jung."

She nodded before the boy went to find the staircase towards the rooftop. He was confused why the man would even bother going there. Nevertheless, Taeyong goes up and opened the door to see the beautiful night sky, with Jaehyun by the railings. The boy couldn't help but smile at seeing him.

"Don't think anything stupid," he remarked, catching the other's attention.

Jaehyun felt relief seeing him again. It's been a while. His heartbeats were getting faster as the boy walked closer to him.

"Can I hug you real quick?" Taeyong asked.

The man didn't say anything, he just stared at the boy. Without any words, Taeyong wrapped his arms around Jaehyun's neck and hugged him. Jaehyun wanted it anyway. He wanted to feel that warmth again. Though he didn't hug back. Before he could even think of it, the boy pulled away.

"So? How are you? I heard you've been well," Taeyong uttered, bubbly.

Jaehyun nodded, "I...I'm sorry if I didn't want you to come for a while."

"No, it's fine. I understand why--"

"I-It's bit about your confession...I wanted to make sure of something," the man said.

"Something?"

Jaehyun cleared his throat and took some time before he spoke, "How did you know...that you like me?"

Taeyong was taken aback, and felt himself blush a little, "When I first saw you...I had a little crush on you until it just grew over time. My stomach just gets completely filled with nonexistent butterflies, my heart wants to explode, my mind is...nowhere when I'm with you, I just want to see you every day...I'm sorry if it sounds weird..." he chuckled, combing his hair and sighing.

Jaehyun just adored the boy. Red cheeks, soft features, that 'rose' eye mark, everything about him was all he loved. It's not because Taeyong has feelings for him. The man just sees the boy more than just a pretty man.

"I feel the same."

The boy tensed upon hearing the man's words. He looked back at the taller and just smiled, chuckling softly.

"Who's the lucky person?"

Jaehyun stared back at Taeyong, putting up a small smile.

"It's you."
