Deception

Part Four

Jin was in the kitchen cleaning up waiting for his husband to return home after being gone all weekend.

His baby girl was playing with her large dollhouse that her uncle Yoongi brought for her. The entire thing is bigger than her and she has been fascinated with it since she got it.

Once he was done cleaning, he walks over to the living room to turn on the TV. He sees her wobble around as she moves dolls around inside the dollhouse.

He is then frightened when Jungkook pops out of nowhere and kisses his cheek.

"Kookie! You scared the crap out of me!"

Jungkook is a laughing fool and just sits down next to him.
Their daughter rushes over to him and he lifts her up and kisses her chubby cheeks.

"How's my sweet angel doing now? Does your leg still hurt baby?" He sits her on his lap and she pouts as she points at her knee. He bends down to place gentle kisses on it. And she starts to giggle at him.

"What'd the doctor say about her knee?"

"He said it was healing nicely, and she probably will just have a faint scar. But because she's still so young, it will probably fade with time. Other than that, she is fine."

"I'm glad. My poor baby girl." He tells her. She lays her head on his chest as he hums to her.

"Kookie, you remember that I said I wanted to work?"

Jungkook immediately stiffened as soon as he heard him.

"Yes, I do. I also remember saying that I preferred that you stay home with our angel. I don't want strangers taking care of her. Especially since she's still so young."

"But, she will be taken care of by my friends. I just really want to.."

"Jinnie please sweetheart. I know what you're going to say, and I know you must get bored being stuck in the house all day with just a baby to keep you company. But I really think it's for the best if she is raised by her Appa and not some strangers."

Jin's voice cracked as he responded, "But they're not strangers to us Kookie. And I think it will be good for her to get accustomed to being around other people. And not be locked up at home with just her Appa."

"Is it about money? Cause I can increase the amount I deposit into your account. I don't want you to be without anything."

"It's not about the money Kookie. I just.." realizing that he'll never understand, he decides to drop the issue. "Nevermind Kookie, you're right. Maybe when she's a little older, but not anytime soon."

Jungkook pulls him closer and kisses his forehead.

They continue with their usual activities until bedtime. And as usual, Jungkook makes love to him throughout the entire night.

When he leaves early Friday morning he kisses them both goodbye and gets in his car to drive back to Jimin. On the drive there he calls his accountant and tells him to increase the deposits to Jin from $3000 to $10,000 (A/N: Remember I don't know the exchange rate from US$ to KW$ sorry!)

He then makes it home to Jimin and the boys before they leave for school. They are happy to see him and welcome him home with enormous hugs and kisses.

He loves his kids very much, and couldn't imagine a world without them and Jimin in it. Just as he now feels complete with Jin and his daughter. He keeps hoping to hear from Jin that they're expecting another baby soon, but he hasn't had it happen yet.

After the boys leave for school he and Jimin discuss various issues with the boys.

Then Jimin tells him, "Kook, I know that you said you really need to be at your new job until it takes off. But it's been over three years now, and the boys and I really miss having you here.
