After several weeks of hashing out a temporary custody arrangement. Jungkook was now on his way to pick up his sons for his first scheduled custody weekend. He had already spoken with them and they reluctantly agreed to go but on the condition that if they wanted to return home, he would return them.

He was hoping that Jin would agree to let him keep his daughter for the weekend as well, but Jin denied him. Saying she was still too little to be without him that long. But maybe he could take her for a few hours the next day so she could meet her brothers.

When Jungkook arrives, he parked as close to the front door as possible. His son is no longer using a wheelchair, but he is using crutches for a while longer. And he doesn't want him to walk further than he has to.

He rings the door and Jimin opens the door. They greet each other as civilly as they can and Jungkook enters his former home. It still feels strange that he doesn't stay here anymore and he can't kiss his husband anymore.

Jimin calls the boys down and they all start coming down the stairs carrying an overnight bag. Their faces still look pretty glum and they keep looking at Jimin in a hopeful way. Hoping he will put his foot down and keep them home.

They finally stand in front of their papa, who is smiling wide and he asks, "Are you boys ready to go?"

They all mumble a "yes" and then he says, "Good. Well kiss your Appa goodbye and that you will call him later to tell him goodnight."

He then tries to grab Yunmin's bag so he wouldn't have a hard time carrying it to the car, but he held on tight to it.

"I got it." Is all he tells him.

Jungkook looks at Jimin and he just shrugs his shoulders. He gave him a halfhearted smile and bid him goodbye.

He walked them out to his car and popped the trunk so they can store their bags inside. Then waited for them to get in the car. He expected Yunmin to sit in front with him, but he decided to sit in the back with Junho. Hyun-woo sat in the front instead.

Which was probably a better idea since he actually talked to him. Jungkook asked them all how they were doing in school, and he was the only one who answered with a long list of things he's been doing in class. Whereas the other two just answered, "Good."

He asked them if they wanted to stop somewhere to order food, or would they prefer to cook at home. The two oldest said they didn't care, and the youngest replied, "Take out please!"

Jungkook sighed, because he knows it's going to be rough going for a while. But he is willing to be patient. He loves his kids more than his own life, and he will do anything to make them happy.

When they arrived at Jungkook's new house, Hyun-woo looked up in awe at large house. It was even bigger than their house.

"Whoa! Is that your new house papa?" He asked.

Jungkook smiled and said, "It's our new house baby. Do you like it?" He then pats his head lovingly.

Hyun-woo nodded excitedly and said, "Yeah! Do I have my own room here too?"

"Of course! All of you do. Come on, let's go inside so you can see it better."

He then helps them grab their bags and walks ahead of them to unlock the door.

Yunmin and Junho can't help but be impressed by it. Hyun-woo is running behind Jungkook and once he opens the door he rushes inside. In awe of the large home.

"Wow, it's so big papa! Where is my room?"

Jungkook laughs and starts to walk towards the hallway where their rooms are located.
