Deception

Part Seven

"Are you both ready to confront the man who has been lying to you both?" Taehyung asked.

Jin nodded with a determined attitude, but Jimin seemed more unsure and was shaking.

"Min? Are you sure you want to do this? Because, I think Jin is capable of handling his business with Kook on his own. Just in case you're having second thoughts. You can just visit Yunmin until he's released and then deal with JK later."

Jimin shook his head after thinking about all the lies he's put up with. So he tells Tae, "No Tae, I'm ready."

So Jimin walks in first, and as soon as Jungkook sees him he smiles happily and sits up carefully on his bed.

"Baby, I..."

His smile was completely wiped off his face and felt the blood drain down as soon as Jin walked in. When he saw that he exchanged a look between him and Jimin, he knew his life was never going to be the same.

"What's wrong Kookie? You look like you've seen a ghost." Jin asked.

But the look of pure disgust on his face chilled him to the bone. He didn't even know what to say.

"He's right Jungkook." Jimin tells him as he walks closer to his bed.

"Could it be because we discovered your web of lies? Don't tell me you already forgot about your other husband.

Imagine our surprise when we both get a frightening call from the hospital telling us that our husband and son in my case, were in an accident, and to hurry in case the worse happens. And as I sat worrying myself to death, waiting to hear from the doctor I see a stranger walking towards your room looking just as worried. Telling the doctor that you were his husband. Let that sink into your head Kook."

Jungkook gulped as he glanced between Jimin and Jin.

"I, of course was fucking pissed off, thinking this guy was lying about being married to you. But then I thought, what possible reason could he have to lie about that? It's not like you're a millionaire and he wants to get a hold of your money."

Jungkook's eyes suddenly opened wider for a second, before returning to normal size.

"Jimin, I don't know what to say right now. Cause I know you won't believe a word I say. But believe me when I say that I truly love you."

Jin didn't even flinch when he heard that. He just walked closer to the bed and tells him, "Excuse me, but I am going to interrupt your proclamations of love for a sec. I really just came to tell you that we are through. I will have my attorney get in touch with you.

So we can arrange for a custody agreement for our daughter. I know you are a good father, so I wouldn't dream of keeping her from her papa. It will also maybe give her a chance to get to meet her older brothers. But you can work that out between y'all if you think that would be ok.

I know she would love to meet them, and you always wanted her to have a sibling remember? Either way I'm sure we can work something out.

As for everything else, I hope you will respect my wishes and don't try to cause any problems in the future. Goodbye."

Jungkook reaches out to try to grab him but he hissed in pain from the stitches stretching out.

"Jin wait! I don't want us to be over. I love you too!"

Jimin and Jin roll their eyes and Jin continues walking out of the room. And runs into Tae who has been waiting outside for whoever comes out first. Though he did hope it would be Jin.

He stands up and walks over to him.

"Hey, are you ok?"

"Yeah, I feel great actually. Liberated or something like that." He laughs and shrugs his shoulders.
