The Forgotten Ones

Chapter 6

I wake up in the morning to Adam crying. I quickly run down the stairs to change him and get his food.  After I feed him, I put on my favorite blue jeans and a white lace top. My hair is really messy, so I just tie it up in a bun.

For breakfast, I eat a blueberry muffin and drink a glass of milk. My mom starts to get mad at me for taking so long so I quickly put on my jacket, and flats and get in the car.
My mom pulls up in front of Jackson and kisses me goodbye.

When I walk into school, feeling tired as usual. I just need to get through a few more days till the weekend.
That should be easy right? Wrong.
 
I open my locker only to find another envelope. I open it the way I open my report cards. Slowly and hoping for the best.

But instead, I get the worst.

Congratualtions on completing your first task. I know your gonna hate this task, but, the next forgotten one in your grade is none other than your enemy Katherine. Same rules apply, if you dont complete this task, you or someone you love will get hurt. Good luck!

Are you kidding me? I ask myself. Katherine literally hates my guts and everyone knows it. I dont even know how I would be able to help her. What would she even need help with? How to hide the bodies of innocent people she's murdered?

All I know is, Katherine won't exactly be the easiest case to crack, if you know what I mean.
