So scared deep inside,
Like there's nowhere left
For you to hide?
Have you ever seen,
A star shoot across the sky,

A bird flying in the air,
Like freedom untouched,
Soaring without a care.
Have you ever heard,
The rain as it's falling down,

The embrace of a human town.
Have you ever smelt,
The scent of sunshine in your nose
Like it would wish to melt,
Into a perfect rose.
Impossible things to do,
But nothing's more possible than,
Living your dream through,
Even though it wasn't the plan.
