Bradley's POV

Sabrina and I have been stuck in traffic for 15 minutes.

"Ugh, must everybody decide they want to go some were right now?" Sabrina says rolling her eyes, staring out the window. I laughed.

"It's fine, it's not that bad!"

Sabrina brushes her hand ther ouch her hair and smiles at me.

"Yeah, I guess," She pushes a button and music starts playing from the car speakers.

"Already making yourself comfortable, huh?" I asked.

"Well it looks like we are gonna be here for a while," she says turning her attention back to the window.

"Yeah, I think we better turn around unless you want to be late for class," I say rotating the the steering wheel towards the left. Sabrina started pretending to cry.

Sabrina groans loudly, "This is all your fault!" she says sarcastically

I raised an eyebrow, "Mine?"

"Yeah! Now I'm going to have to go through the rest of the day with an empty stomach, thanks a lot," she says eyeing me seriously.

I laugh, "Girls, so dramatic. Can I make it up to you?"

Sabrina laughs, "Bradley, you're just full of promises, huh?"

"Is that a yes?"

She looks at me for a moment, then breaks a smile.

"Sure, why not?" Sabrina flashes me another smile then looks back at the window.

All of a sudden, Favorite Girl by Icarus Account began to play through the speakers. Sabrina's eyes lit up and she smiled.

"Oh my god! I love this song!" she rotated the volume button to make it louder.

"Really? I didn't think this was your style." I said, laughing at her excitement.

"Are you kidding me!? This has been my favorite song since I was 8! I remember I used to imagine that my dream guy would sing this to me. Of course, it's never gonna happen, but a girl can dream right?" Sabrina said still staring out the window.

"Alright. We're here." I said pulling in to the school parking lot. I got out and went to the other side to open Sabrina's door for her. "M'lady?" I said with my hand out. I know, cliche but whatever.

"Why, thank you!" She said taking my hand and stepping out of the car.

We walked side by side, heading towards the front doors of the school. We were about to walk through the doors when suddenly Sabrina stops.

"Bradley," she pauses, "thank you,"

"Thank you? For what?" I asked

"I had...fun," she smiles, looking up at me. "I'll see you later, Bradley, since you promised you're going to make up the lost lunch, right?"

I laughed and nodded, "I keep my promises,"

She laughed and then we headed inside. I said goodbye to Sabrina and went towards my locker. I had a good time too.

Sabrina's POV

I smiled to myself as I walked towards my locker, damn he's cute. I opened my locker, grabbed my books, and as I closed it, Rowan is standing in front of me with a huge grin plastered on her face.

"SO HOW WAS YOUR DATE?" Screamed Rowan

"God, okay Rowan calm down. It was fine, and it wasn't a date! We were just two friends hanging out," I replied shrugging it off.

Rowan's smile faded. "Oh come on, Sabrina! Like I didn't see you two play a game of chase outside and him carrying you to the car,"

"Um, a game of Chase is not romantic. Plus, it's not like he carried me 'bridal style', Rowan. He threw me over his shoulder!" I said, looking down at my phone.

"Still," Rowan says with a smirk "I think I smell love in the air!"

"Yeah, well I'm pretty sure you're just smelling yourself, Miss Girly with the New Hottie!" I said, wiggling my eyebrows at her. Rowan blushed. "You're blushing, hun,"

"Hey! I don't blush! It's just my, uh, makeup! Yeah! That's right, my makeup! That's my story, and I'm sticking to it!"

I rolled my eyes, "Yeah, okay, whatever Rowan. I have to get to class. I'll see you later?"

Rowan nodded, "Yep!"
