Katie's POV
Hiya I'm Katie Mathews. Yep, Keith Mathews twin, younger(by 3 minutes) sister. We used to be practically identical. And last I knew exactly alike. I haven't seen him in, uh let's see, 7 years. I was 11 then, my father moved to New York, taking me with him. Away from my brother and my mother. I miss them a lot.
I did meet my forever best friend in New York, Dallas Winston. We were bestfriends until he left. Everyone leaves me.
My fathers house is no place for anyone. He's dangerous. I drink just as much as him at times. Everyday, he wakes up in the morning, rubs the drunk from his eyes, goes to work, then goes to the bar. And when he comes home, look out, he wants to fight. He hits me sometimes but not very often. Mostly just throws beer bottles at me and shoves me in to walls. No biggy.
He drew the line last night. I'm leaving. Going for my brother.
