Bruges: December 22: 20:08 CET

The Team was in Bruges on an undercover mission. They were at the Haly International Travelling Circus. They were each wearing the same circus clothes.

Spotlights were moving around a stage. An announcer started speaking.

"Dames en heren! Mesdames et messieurs! Ladies and gentlemen!" The voice started. Suddenly, there was a big flash and smoke appeared. A man walked out. He was an overweight Caucasian male, with black eyebrows and gray hair, though he had started to bald from the top of his head. He was wearing a black top hat with gold detailing, a red tail coat over a blue waistcoat, a white collared shirt and red bow tie. The man was Jack Haly.

Jack raised his arms, spreading them. "Welcome to the Haly International Traveling Circus, where the world of the center ring is your oyster." He said, before he looked behind, and pointed his cane upwards. "And these are our latest pearls. The Daring Dangers." He said as a spotlight shined on the trapeze platform. "Dan Danger, Dawn Danger." He introduced as the audience oohed as they did a trapeze act, which involved swinging on bars.

Haly continued the introduction as the spotlight moved to Artemis and Red Arrow as they notched some arrows. "Diane Danger, Dane Danger." Haly said. "Dean Danger." He introduced as Connor juggled two barrels, before he launched them

Artemis and Arrow fired their arrows as Robin and M'gann swung off their bars and jumped through the barrels. They avoided the arrows, which released fireworks.

"And finally." Haly began as he gestured to his left. Suddenly, there was another puff of smoke, and Nick appeared. He was wearing a similar costume to the others, but he also had a matching wand to do tricks with. He had changed his hair from black to blonde to better maintain his cover.

"Dominic Danger." Haly said, finshing the introductions.

Nick raised his wand, and flicked it. The audience oohed and aahed as doves appeared and flew around. Nick flicked his wand again to make the doves vanish in a puff of smoke.

Nick smiled at the crowd as he bowed. He straightened up again. The audience applauded and cheered for him. Some girls also swooned at him.

"I have forgotten how much I love this circus." Nick said as he mentally smiled to Phoenix through their shared mental link. He continued doing parlour tricks to the audience's enjoyment.

"Are you sure it's not just the swooning girls?" Phoenix teased.

"Yes, Phoenix, I'm sure." Nick said back as he gave a mental growl of annoyance.

Phoenix just mentally laughed

"Ladies and gentlemen. You will never see another family act like this. A stage magician." Haly said, gesturing to Nick, before he looked behind. "And a trapeze act, all performed without a net." He added.

Robin and M'gann continued their act. Robin swung on a bar. He let go, launching himself at M'gann, who was swinging towards him from the opposite direction.

Robin raised his hands for M'gann to catch as they neared each other. But Robin missed, and started falling.

"Robin!" M'gann shouted through the Team's mental link. The audience screamed as Robin kept falling.

"Connor. Do something." Nick said over the Team's mental link. He remembered a similar accident from four years ago with The Flying Graysons.

"Don't blow our cover." Robin ordered, as he also remembered that incident.

"But saving your life's okay?" Connor asked sarcatically, before he launched a barrel up at Robin. The barrel propelled Robin up. He reached out to M'gann, who swung back towards him on the bar.
